I'm sorry... but oxjazzxo's vid literally had me in stitches the entire way through. It's so high energy, and he understands how to use the memes in a way that compliment the footage. I would have personally rated that as first place, but that's just me, I guess I'm a sucker for memes and comedy. XD

4:49 hamaji i have a lot of questions on why do you have that saved

oxjazzxo has something in his editions that everyone else seems to lack lately: -cinematographic. -sense. he frames the action the correct way: anticipation, reaction, and resolution. you see the situation coming up, you see it develop, and you see how it ends. everyone else? cut, cut, cut, smash, cut, smash cut, transition, cut!

We can agree that Oxjazzxo was better not because of the editing (since the expensive ones got a lot of experience backing them up) and the comedy (as weird as it sounds) but because his fast pasting and memes are something that goes well with TF2 by nature. The other ones woulda been even better if this was footage from CSGO, Rainbow Siege, Fornite even since those felt more epic (wich I disagree, a spy running succesfully from 4 pyros can be as much as epic than winning a stalemate against a full squad) In comparison with the some logical and methodical approach from CSGO (for example), TF2 is faster and frenetic constantly, with times when you need to make a move of a split second to get that headshot/backstab, instead of the tense moments from defusing a bomb or shooting three crazy builders to get that victory Royale. Just at those moments (and when you get caught by surprise) you'll need to be that fast or even more. Reason why those moments have a really fast pasting in the frags to recreate the experience and the moment. Again, a regular match of TF2 requires constant but fast movement and thinking/planing/positioning/awareness that can be match of even surpass by those tense epic moments in other games, since they have a slower paste but the jump from one moment of calm to fighting for your life became overwhelming and tense, thus, making it feel (again) more epic and faster that the constant paste from other games Sorry for my broken English and thanks for reading this silly comment.

Really, really enjoyable video. You took an established RU-vid video concept and personalized it with both a game you're very familiar with, but more importantly very good insights into the actual editing process. Did not expect to watch all 19 minutes, but I couldn't stop! Awesome job my man.

Gonna be honest, THIS is the kind of content I'm looking for. Marketing developing creators like this and even providing helpful critique while also providing entertaining commentary is right up my river, dude. Plus, I just came back to TF2 after a 5 year hiatus, so it'd be dope to see you doing all this with footage from the game and maybe help keep the community alive in such a refreshing way. okay here we go deca - pretty much everything you said, pacing was slow, it feels far too long, etc.. seems like my dude didn't really know how to make use of TF2 footage (and with gameplay like that who game blame em :)) KBraydon - good pacing, nice music work, overall a solid edit albeit I'm not a massive fan of the screen going blurry every 2 seconds, makes me feel like I'm losing my vision. As someone else has pointed out, it feels a little messy and the style of editing almost clashes with the chill music choice a little oxjazzxo - while I'm personally not a huge fan of the "funny meme random haha" editing style at times, it definitely still takes just as much work and some of the edits actually made my chuckle. It's by far the most creative entry of the 5 here prayishere - another solid entry, all the basics are there, good pacing, nice music (sync) vood visuals. However, as almost every mainstream fragvid it simply suffers by there being too much. The screen shakes every single time anything happens I can't see anything zentus - clean as fuck, great transitions, keeps it fresh. Clearly the intro was where most of the time went and it shows. Love the use of time ramping to pace things out instead of just cutting, you can tell this dude's a professional. Just like most other entries, I'm only not really a fan of the constant screenshake every time there's a gunshot. Definitely wasn't expecting something of this caliber outta fiverr though that's for sure

"Frag" videos are nice, but what about "fragged" videos? :3 Instead of showing the best kills, you show the best deaths? Your ragdoll flying into outer space, or that one airblasted crossbow arrow flying through the entire map and BAM got you while rocket jumping, or perhaps that one moment where you got taunt killed by a Sandman Scout, etc. I think it would be a fun little project and fits TF2 perfectly :3

oxjazzxo was definitely my favourite, but I much prefer meme edits, like DEWILL does.

10:50 as someone who uses Sfm, I know how hard it would be to do that. I'm assuming the video didn't have your hud, so he wouldn't know your loadout. It's incredibly hard to recreate gameplay as well.

First one: alright, kinda felt boring though with a lot of come on man just HIT THAT SHOT Second: bit TOO chaotic leaving me with what happened there?! but the way it followed the beat was nice Third: sold me because of the use of in game sound effects and some default tf2 sound effects which adds that EMPHASIS the others may have been lacking, also SLAP. However it could be even better but lack of the playing with filters and mainly relying on that speed effect kind of was a missed opportunity. ALONGSIDE those then it would be an AWESOME montage, still really cool though 4th: eh, alright fell a bit flat since while it had that momentum it was a bit TOO to the point with very little suspense and just processing kill after kill nonstop 5th: tying with 3rd or MAYBE better because it had that sweet spot of the filters, the music, the use of sound effects and that time between each kill. Probably best. I have no experience/knowledge though and just giving an opinion as a viewer

Isnt it ironic the guy who payed the least money for did the best at this? Oh yeah and not just that but he actually used tf2 sound effects. This guy is great Edit: ok well maybe not the best one but outstandingly good

oxjazzxo captures the comedy very good. The cuts were perfect and the sound effects are just mmm. The pacing is fast yet perfect. And he seemed to have a lot of fun with it haha

oxjazzxo's my favorite edit, not that it's because of the memes, but it's pretty humorous and also shocked me when he used the "spy sapping my sentry" clip to emphasize the situation. it also gives out a very relatable mood (eg. part when gibus soldier was shooting hamaji and there was a panicking audio) and the one that hamaji also liked (the spy with the spank/harry potter earrape) also zentusvfx's, they did a good job emphasizing the hits, knows when to slow down, the camera shake and the colors used. song choice and syncing were also excellent! my only concern was the use of the sound effects that were kinda loud (like spy screaming) it sounded a little awkward but it's totally awesome despite that!!
