Been to the north few times n trust me the north of Pakistan is the most beautiful and breathtakingly gorgeous region ever. Skardu to Gilgit to hunza gosh, I left my heart n soul back there long ago. I'm in Balochistan now cuz the weather in Islamabad is damn 😂. I would surely be going back to Gilgit Baltistan, the heaven on earth with beautiful culture, languages, food n more the people 😢❤❤❤❤❤❤

Dear Flora sis, Here in Paksitan banks never charge 700 rupeees. But on every Transaction they charge 25-30 rupees. and many bankslike MCB bank give 50,000 at a time..
Bro you can withdraw 100k from MCB in a single transaction. These charges are on her card which is not a Pakistani ATM card, the 25 rupees you mentioned are for local cards.
ATM withdrawal charges are 18.5 rupees per transaction. If you are withdrawing money from an ATM of the same bank where you have an account, there is no charge. It seems you might have an international account, which is why you are being charged 700 rupees.

northern areas of Pakistan inhabits the kindest and the simplest people on the planet.. don't be bothered by their 'protective' insistence.. it is genuine. Tourist from around the world flock to these areas and are often taken aback by the generosity of the locals here..
