Master piece .. better than any movie. My bruh Karl uploaded 2 + hours of video at once . Other RU-vidrs would have done 20 videos to generate revenue. My bruh Karl has a purpose in his life. Not views hungry like other RU-vidrs ( travelers) . My salute to Karl.
Thank you Ji. I wanted to challenge myself to make something epic. This is the result. I will probably post it as clips next because people generally enjoy small chunks of action better. But I love long-form myself. Thanks for commenting.
@@KarlRockwatched it loved it... Felt it.. You're awesome Bro❤ God bless you I'm from Pakistan Shout-out to all my Indian brothers and sisters We love you all as our own
This is one of the best self made documentary I have ever seen. Altough never been there , now as a non indian I really feel like visiting Pakistan. Congratulations Karl for always challenging yourself and thank you for sharing these experiences with us
Fantastic film. I'm Anglo-Irish. Lets be honest, most news we see about nations outside of the Western Nations tends to focus on disasters and polictics. So when it comes to Pakistan it's very rarely good news and more of the time it hardly puts the nation in a positive light. So it's good to see the warmth of the welcome and the beauty of the nation. I've traveled and work in India a couple of times and can see how much in common the people of these nations are. Your doing a fantastic job.
Certain parts of India have commonality with Pakistan. India has a lot in common with a lot of southeast Asia through the indosphere and est of south asia, west asia
This is just pure beauty. 2 hr and i didn't skip 1 sec. It bought tears to my eyes seeing this amazing place which i probably never will able to visit. I want to thank you Karl for showing us Indians and the whole world this beautiful natural beautiful heaven. I hope Pak-Ind relation better in coming years and we teach our children to not hate but only love. 🇮🇳❤️🇵🇰
Those lush green valleys 😍 I am Indian and as a motorcyclist, I wish the relations between India and Pakistan improves, so that, hopefully, someday bikers from either side of the border can explore the natural beauty that both countries have to offer 😊
Thanks Karl for taking us with you on this super exciting journey, and I also would like to thank you for playing your part in bringing India and Pakistan together. We need more people like you on both sides of the border who believe in spreading the message of love and peace.
I was in the Navy and spent a year in Kuwait in 2011. I met so many Pakistanis and Indians there, beautiful people and they all hung out and taught me some Hindi/Urdu phrases. I was so mad that they told me that the Kuwaiti government sometimes just decides not to pay them even though they are rich. I also did't like the why my own government treated them. I have learned a lot since then. I am loving this video and peace be with you in your journeys.
It’s incredible to see how similar we are on both sides of the border-same language, same food, same smiles. This video beautifully shatters the stereotypes and assumptions we often have about each other. It’s a powerful reminder that, beyond political divides, we are all human and share more in common than we realize. Imagine the strength we could achieve if we focused on unity rather than division. Thank you, Karl, for showing us the true spirit of humanity.
Thank you so much for saying this. Those similarities are so pronounced in the UK. We all eat at the same restaurants, make the same jokes with eachother and talk the same way (mostly!). We, Indians and Pakistani's, often have the same social circles in the UK too. It's great
I think you are out of facts. Just visiting Karl Rock channel to make INdia Pakistan Statement. How general Pakistani thinks about Non Muslim ethnicity everybody knows. Appreciate the beauty of the country . No need to go overboard
Loved the Video Karl..So proud of you man. As an Indian, Pakistan is very mysterious for us. We can only see what media shows us and none good Indian Vlogger has been to Pakistan. I have watched it nonstop with headphones on, and I felt I was travelling through Pakistan myself.. Lots of insights, common people, coverage and markets and culture. Loved it. Kudos and more power to you.
This is in India... Pakistan is illegally occupying this region because of water resources and a military advantage over India. In fact, a secret document was leaked from the Pakistani government stating that J&K, and Ladkh are a part of India. Why are they occupying it? Because they want to keep fighting India.
Hi Karl, you have just presented us a video, which could easily be a Netflix or Amazon Prime material. High in class, beautifully compiled, edited and presented. Highlighting the goodwill of both Indians and Pakistanis, this video will be in my memory for a long time. Please do more videos like these. Thanks again 😊❤.
Excellent words from the young man at around 21 minutes. There are good and bad people everywhere. Don’t let the propaganda divide us. Love to you all. ❤️❤️
I was born & raised in 🇺🇸 but a decade ago, I was in Kashmir in Muzuffrabad. We also stopped Abbottabad & Balakot to pay my respect because in 2005, my aunt died in the earthquake.
Great Watch Karl! 2 Months ago I basically did the exact same trip on a bike all the way to the Chinese boarder! It was probably the best journey of my life. The road had just opened and it was covered in glaciers. The sites on the route are incomparable to anywhere in the world!
Wow, you did it really early in the season of the roads are still ice! Amazing Bro. I’m heading to Khunjerab Pass in a future video. It really was a once in a lifetime feeling this trip.
I also have no clue about visiting Pakistan, but it warms my heart seeing how nice they are to guest. I’m sure not everyone is but it’s nice seeing that. A lot of people are. Like even that tire guy you gave the money to. He didn’t want to take it and right before you left. He asked if you wanted your change. They don’t even think of trying to take advantage of a foreigner. I love that.
Northern region is more tourist friendly compared to southern and Central as most tourist visit Northern areas thus people are used to seeing foreigners. Also, literacy rate is higher in northern region
I mean this has to be one of the best travel documentation of Pakistan I have ever seen, being an Indian I hope that one day I get to travel this beautiful country. Much love to you Karl, keep making amazing content like this.❤
Convert to muslim 😂😂😂 that kid trying to convert you to muslim. Wow. That's the mindset of muslim . He is literally asking to accept muslim. Timestamp 1.24.00
This is awesome to see! I work with a software engineer from Pakistan and he is the most gentle and nice person and it seems like it is a common thing.
Abbottabad was founded and named after Major James Abbott in January 1853 as the headquarters of Hazara District during the British Raj after the annexation of Punjab. He remained the first Deputy Commissioner of the Hazara district from 1845 until April 1853. Major Abbott is noted for having written a poem titled "Abbottabad", before his return to Britain, in which he wrote of his fondness for the town and his sadness at having to leave it.
The Orash Valley is the historical name for the area that is now known as Abbottabad. This valley was known by this name before Major James Abbott arrived and established the city, which he later named after himself in 1853. The term "Orash" is believed to have local origins, referring to the geographic and cultural region that existed prior to British colonization.
Being an Indian I am often envious of our brothers and sisters living in Pakistan. They have such natural beauty, be it the plains or the mountains. Such an amazingly beautiful nation, I wish relations between the 2 nations were better so that we could also experience the beauty and hospitality of Pakistan and learn a thing or 2 from them as well. At first glance Pakistan looks so similar to parts of India. Lots of love to our across-the-border brothers and sisters. Thank you so much Karl for undertaking this trip and showcasing Pakistan. Power and strength to you brother ❤
While Indian nationals cannot visit this region, Indians with foreign passports can apply for a tourist visa from their country of residence. WARNING: It can be a difficult experience for Indian-origin people though! The locals are lovely and incredibly hospitable and welcoming to Indians; there's no issue there. But you will be treated with suspicion by authorities - as per someone I know who went. I'll make a full video on his experience later. Only hardcore NRI travellers with little fear should attempt. Non-disputed regions are less hassle for NRIs to travel.
Is it also difficult for Indian origin foreign nationals to travel in other parts other than Gilgit/Kashmir? I just want to visit my friend in Islamabad and eat the amazing Pakistani food.
I'm a pakistani but I was born and raised in Switzerland, I've been in Pakistan 4 times and i remember a couple of those. Switzerland has become my home during the years, but watching this video made me really tear up, i've been missing so much and I feel like the moment I will have the opportunity I will take a long journey like yours. Pakistan is such a beautiful country and I wanna thank you for sharing this beatiful Journey with us, you're a legend
Im from Nepal and I didn’t imagine Pakistan to be this beautiful. And especially Islamabad from drone view was just 🤯. Love from Nepal. Y’all have great nature. 🇵🇰🇳🇵
Go there. Our dasi items, fruits and vegetables taste so good that you won't like any other countries food after tasting ours. I have been living abroad for 9 months now. here everything taste artificial to me.
This was easily one of the best videos I've ever watched on RU-vid. Just raw unfiltered footage of parts of the world that are so unique culturally and geographically yet with people so easy to find endearing and well meant. Greetings from Colombia, killer job dude
Truly amazing stuff Karl, I really enjoyed watching this. As an American, there is zero chance I would ever get to see what has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. I can only imagine the epic grandness of it was even more amazing in person. Thank you so much.
Welcome back Mr. Karl we need more content like this as there is an increasing wars and tensions between countries around the world. You really act as a significant ambassador for both India and Pakistan in bringing the two countries closer together. It really hits me hard hearing from the word of Pakistani people that the one country that they wanted to visit the most is India and wants unity rather than divide. Kudos to you Mr. Karl for doing such an amazing job in bringing the hearts and minds of people of the two countries closer. In addition, I would like to invite you to do the same and come back to our state Mizoram(North East India). Its really been a while since you last visited, you can rent a bike and ride around different districts within our state and have the full experience of being in Mizoram. However, when you decide to come back please do not forget to bring your wife Manisha with you. God Bless!
Mizoram is always on my mind. I will definitely be back there. I just got back from filming a music festival in Shillong, Meghalaya, and it really hit me that I need to spend more time in the NE. I usually can't take Manisha on these motorcycle trips because she doesn't like bikes (and I don't like carrying passengers for safety reasons). But I'll try get her there to experience Christmas one year ❤
@@KarlRockOh okay. In that case you can always go for a car rental. Just letting you know that we never consider you as an outsider, a stranger or a foreigner but as our own fellow Indian. That would be great if you guys can experience the biggest Mizo's festive season i.e. Christmas. Just know that our doors are always widely open for you.
Idk why Karl, but the way you narrate and present your Pakistan series always makes me emotional. You actually capture the purity of the common mans life in Ind-Pak. Lots of love from India.
Dangg, I just came to know that you were in my hometown. What a shame, I could have hosted you at my humble abode. Welcome bro. Lots of love to the entire world from Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan.
What a beautiful Film Karl. Just blown away by the stunning landscape and your narrative throughout. So happy I came across your channel so many years ago.
This is one of the finest videos on the internet. No, this is THE FINEST Video ever. Karl Rock, you are a legend. Your positive attitude is absolutely inspiring. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you.
Eggs with pepper o it.. love it! I love your adventures. It my 20's I lived in and out of Cuba for 10 yrs. I myself was married to a Cuban. I lived like a Cuban, ate like a Cuban and travel like them. That was early 90's. I miss traveling. It really humbles you when you can absorb yourself into the culture. Have fun and keep your adventures coming.
As a Canadian i would never imagine how beautiful Pakistan was. Thanks for the video. Such an educational video. People seem so kind and welcoming to travelers unlike some other countries in the world
Absole masterpiece! I am a Pakistani, currently living in England, having military parents so I have seen most of the places you visited in this video and it was such a trip down the memory lane India and Pakistan should have good relations because we are legit the same people and have the same roots. I wish I can go to India one day, meet my extended family in Rajhastan and see cities like Delhi, Mumbai and cities in South India I can only dream of that but I hope I do come to India one day! Thank you for making this masterpiece of a video! You’re a legend 🙏🏻
Excellent work, Karl. I am from Pakistan, and I sincerely hope and pray that one day people from both sides of the Wagah border will be able to visit and appreciate each other's beautiful places. I believe that fostering mutual understanding and respect between our nations will lead to a more peaceful and prosperous future for all. Let's continue to build bridges through dialogue and cultural exchange, celebrating the rich heritage and diversity that both our countries have to offer.
"Excited to share that I'll be visiting Pakistan next month! From everything I've heard, it sounds like a stunning country with a relaxed vibe and welcoming people. I can't wait to experience it all firsthand and share my journey through videos on this channel.
Your travel documentary is absolutely amazing. Thanks for showing our people's hospitality and the beauty of Pakistan. Much love and respect from New York, USA 🇺🇸. We are divided by borders but united by Karl Kumar Khan 😃💚🇵🇰🤝🇮🇳🧡!!
This has bought back so many phenomenal memories for me 20 years ago I pretty much did this but in a 4 x4 jeep ......so so full of gratitude for the opportunity to have been able to do this.......the absolute best trip of my life❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you for this Karl and for bringing back so many memories now I'm sifting through all the photos I took❤❤❤❤
For an Indian like me , it's a dream come true to tour pakistan virtually, I felt like I was traveling for real inside pakistan, for a south Indian, I feel I just visited north Indian states inside India 🇮🇳 no difference 😅 u are great , thanks a lot for this video ( it's a documentary treasure for Indians who wanted to see and experience pakistan) 🇵🇰 thanks ❤ You rocked Karl Khan Hindustani 🎉 🇮🇳 🇵🇰 ✌️ peace

As you said would love to visit here but not sure if I ever will be!! Really stunning landscapes and kudos to you to travel on bike..
It was so fun watching this film. I really want to visit this side of Pakistan for its beauty, culture and food. Thank you Karl for this lovely travel documentary!

The bike hustle blowed my mind Brother! 🤯😳 Thank you for sharing your journey with us through your life experience, very inspiring and admirable to all of us. Don’t ever stop. Much love from me (Art ) and Ashton. Hopefully we will get together soon again.☺️👍
I love to understand culture and people of other countries shown by simple travelers like you Karl. Unlike news media only shows what they want to show. Thank you.
China flag up there is due to Pakistan and China jointly made road from babusar all the way to khunjrab pass. this road is called Karakorum highway. When we build it thousands of Chinese and Pakistanis lost there lives. so that's why Karakorum highway was the collaborating efforts of both Pakistan and China and We gave credit to Chinese as well

Indian citizens cannot, but Indian origin people can. My friend went to Gilgit and Skardu last year on American passport. He received his US citizenship in 2022.
@@Undertaker1122 Not really. Who told you so? It was difficult till 2018 or so. After that, Pakistan revoked all the requirements. Now you just need a passport from another country. My friend got eVisa for Pakistan after getting his American passport. I live in friend is going to Pakistan next week, on his Canadian passport.
@@dalelashashank Who told you so? The friend I mentioned who visited Pakistan on his American passport is an OCI card holder and lives in India. He moved to India in 2023 for some family reasons, he was waiting only to receive his US citizenship. Absolute masterpiece and thank you sir for this film. You’ve fulfilled the dreams of so many people who are unable to travel for one reason or another.
I love how you show the beautiful side of India, every video about India on RU-vid is "dirtiest country in the world" or something like that but ur videos always are beautiful, thanks man
Unfortunately even Kark could not show good side of Pakistan, dirty roads, filthy restaurants, small boys scamming people in the name of religion and then trying to Convert Karl. 🤭 Hope the country improves by focussing on development and education. Hoping for bright future!
Fun fact: We Bangladeshis, who were partitioned from India along with Pakistan in 1947 and later gained independence from Pakistan in 1971, can visit both India and Pakistan. However, Indians cannot visit Pakistan, and Pakistanis cannot visit India. Interestingly, both Pakistanis and Indians can visit Bangladesh.
@@rahulramola934 We don't actually say that; it's Indians who think we got independence from India. Since the comment was meant for Indians like you, I phrased it that way to tease you 😂😂😂. We actually gained independence from the British. Bengal was never a part of India at any point in history-it was the Bengal province. In fact, 'India' as a country never really existed in history. Some leaders just captured princely states and provinces and declared it as India 🤣🤣. Since you were feeling too proud, I had to tweak the comment 😆🤣😂."
@@AymanAmirOfficial Bharat( ভারতবর্ষ )/Hindustan has been there since ages , the British named the land India in the 1700s , so yea whatever floats your boat . Also the area is literally called Indian subcontinent by the entire world so whatever floats your boat I guess💁🏻♀️
As an Indian i can say Bangladesh is much more mature than India and Pakistan...only make sure not to torment innocent hindus and force conversions. God is one and can take any forms and also no form.
@@alekmartin9999 There have been no incidents of harassment against "innocent" Hindus in Bangladesh. However, in some cases, political harassment has occurred where certain Hindus, supported by an external dictatorial government backed by India, were involved in harassing Muslims. In response, some Muslims have sought revenge. Similar incidents happen in India, where Muslims are being attacked, even killed, over issues like eating cow meat. Additionally, there are no cases of forced conversions, and Hindu people live happily in Bangladesh. The problem lies with certain individuals spreading propaganda to brainwash and manipulate the sentiments of specially Indian Hindus for views and TRP.
I can humbly say that this is an epic video of yours I have watched @karlrock. I really like the comments you made during the ride. One more thing, the background music is one of the best backgrounds music I've ever heard. Much love from Sri Lanka.

@saksham2525 Not really....Pakistan has the highest mountains my friend. Your tallest is 8,500ft while Pakistans tallest 8,611 feet... Plus indias mountains are more like jungles and tropical, not most scenic looking mountains

@@kiyotakaayanokoji6he is just a kid, he didn't force anybody? It's pretty normal in western countries where Christians come to your door all the time and wants you to convert to their religion. This kid on the other hand is not an adult, he has only heard how spreading your religion is a good deed but he is not an adult who would know how to communicate his thoughts properly hence it sounded dumb. You guys have this shere hate towards islam for no reason. Followers can be wrong but religion is not.
been to indian kashmir leh ladakh, but this beauty is breathtaking and they have not Modernized it yet for whatever reason, In india you have to pay double toll tax if u dont have some fast tag, every 30-40 odd kms, here I didn't see that..... I wouldn't trust a paid bike on such journey, will definitely take a 4x4
The Indian side is still much developed and has common international tourist all year round and is constantly breaking records for the highest motorable roads and bridges. Can't deny that can you?@@DanishAli-tx9mp

Classic case of fuel starvation on the bike , probably had some dirt in the carb , first thing in these dusty rocky areas should have been to empty the fuel bowl on the carburettor and blow the jet through before anything else , when you have minute bits of grit get in the carb they get sucked into the jet under load , next time you do a big bike trip keep me in your mind for mechanic ideas ,learning some basic bike mechanics would help you loads .
Pakistan is indeed beautifull , in india we have many Himalayan states himachal utrakhand sikkim northeast kashmir and ladakh. Still seems unmatched to northers pakistan.
