wow..juss got my 19 zo6 in oct...im happey ..i gues with how it shifts,,,but all this work...tearing all that plastic out ..is it really worth it in all honesty????
In my humble opinion it’s definitely worth it. I love rowing the gears and this makes its significantly better!! It’s not a hard install. Little bit of patience and it’s well worth it!
Just picked up my first C7, 2016 M7 Stingray (from factory) and had a Z06 trans swapped in for better ratios apparently. The MGW shifter in it is very clunky and takes a good bit of effort in every gear unlike the effortless shifts you seem to have! It has a Mantic tripple disc clutch, but not that that should make a difference. Do you think it was installed incorrectly?
@@CorvetteFanMD well I put more than 10 miles on it for the first time and once the trans is warmed up it's a lot easier. Not sure how to resolve that issue while its "cold".
