Just installed this, I noticed the thing heat shrink wrapped in the license plate light wire gets extremely hot (resistor? idk) it was too hot to touch so I was scared to run the bike like that in case of fire? Do you know what might be wrong?
Hi,I followed yr instructions and at the end my plate light doesn’t work and I got a notification about that on the screen ,what should I do to get the plate light working?
You may have to unplug it and plug it back in. My bike did the same thing. It took a couple of times for the bike's computer to recognize it. -Hope that helps!
So what kit did u end up getting, that looks different then when these kits came out initially. Have mid 2023 S1000R and not sure what to order from NRC
