Funnily enough, there’s a JoJo fan game called the 7th Stand User, and there so happens to be a similar case where you play the story of Part 3 with Josuke
To be completely honest, I think the whole josuke moving in diavolo’s skipped time actually makes some sort of sense. Since crazy diamond can turn things back to their original state, it makes sense that he could fix the time that diavolo breaks apart.
I can only imagine his trip back home after he encounters an Italian at Morioh airport and did the same Joseph did with a Japanese. Tomoko: so Josuke, how were your vacations in Italy? Did you have fun? Josuke: not really... most of the Italians I met there just mocked my hairstyle and I barely made any friends. Hardly a great time there, mom... Tomoko: oh, really?... because I think you had lots of fun back there... isn't that right, mr. "Japanese delinquent that started beating people up in Italy became boss of a big mafia organization and before leaving, he banned all drugs"?! Josuke: WHA-? GER can only reverse actions. This makes any active attack completely null. Void. Zero. But Wonder of U isnt doing anything. Wonder of U isnt attacking, isnt moving, isnt doing anything. The universe itself twists and turns passively to Tooru and his stand, with the sole purpose to furfill Toorus bidding. “He” isnt the one doing anything, the universe itself is doing it. It isnt an action, so GER cant reverse it.

@@kringeynoty2217 In sight of how powerful GE requiem is, I would think that he can revert even things like effect caused by stands, included time stop or time skip..: So he would be able to do something like in the video lol Also GER seems to have improved abilities on it's own, apart from the powers that the requiem gave him. However it's really hard to know what could a requiem be, because it doesn't seems to be related to the original power from the stand at all. In josuke case I could imagine something like what I mentioned earlier however, because that might be his desire.
Remember the req arrow has the power to choose the user out of their worthiness, so it would just go straight up flying into crazy diamond if it ever sees Josuke

Yes, JosUke is my favorite Jojo and Shining Diamond is my favorite stand, but have you ever though that Deadly Queen Chomp the Soil is a Requiem just like Golden Wind requiem?
Likely b/c Josuke learned how to endure the insults after receiving them from very person he met in Part 5 until at the very end against the villain and this led to a satisfying victory for Josuke.
If im not mistaken when josuke fights rohan, heavens door doesnt work because josuke is too mad to realize theres a drawing, imagine if that happened there aswell, josuke gets so mad he doesnt realized time was erased and proceeds to ignore it 💀
