I've had good luck with the Sylvania bulbs, and at least here in Southern CA they're available at Lowe's for around $5.

The difference between the time that your two lights came on is due to the position of the photocells. If it's in a position to receive more light, then it won't come on as the one that doesn't.

Have you found that 60 watts is the proper wattage for your application or too bright? Trying to determine what the proper wattage is for these types of lights.

If you buy your own sensors are fixtures with the Dust to Dawn it's cheaper in the long run and you can use nicer-looking bulbs of any choice

I just bought one from Lowe’s and tried hitting it with a flash light because I’m impatient and it didn’t turn off (this is at night). I’ll have to wait until the morning to see if it turns off on its own.

If the light sensor is in shaded area it may not turn off. If this is not the case the sensor could be faulty.

Are they daylight or soft white. The color of your bulbs looks warm (more of an orange color).

@@mustorbust_Mine is a different type. Just got a new one from a big box hardware. It kept turning on and off. 🙄 May have to try the type you have as the converter ones don't seem to last nor work too well for me lol.

Nope.Mine shuts itself off after turning on because the sensor picks up the bulbs light. As soon as it turns off it comes back and and it repeats the sequence. Useless....
