If you're wondering per speedrun.com 100% rules, all runners are allotted a certain amount of timed breaks, hence this speedrun being able to span over multiple days. Really fun weekend we had on stream, might do it again: twitch.tv/pointcrow edit: run isn't up on leaderboards currently because my recording is 250GBs :) I had to record while I was sleeping lmao

There's no way 46 real-life hours is 30 in-game years. Isn't it something like real hour = game day? If not, then closer in scale to that than to a whole year. Attempting to account for sleep breaks and reloads, that would put this at about a month, maybe six weeks.

Just did the calcs. Without accounting for seconds, 46 hours and 51 minutes of play time would be 117 in game days plus a little change. One hour in game is one minute in real life according to google. So that’s 24 minutes per day. Still, 117 days is a long ass time for Zelda to wait especially tacked onto the 100 years LULW

@@dragon_crasher3024 Ah I knew it was some relationship like that, I made it a little too long though. That means four real hours equals ten game days, and an in-game year would be a bit less than 150 hours. I've definitely spent several years in the game... However, the poster's "30 years" is about 4,500 hours of play time, or nearly 100 times this speedrun.

I remember completing the korok quest ! I really hope they won't do it again in BOTW 2. I had difficulty finding the last one because the two koroks were above each other on the map. Nearly stopped at 899.

I've been playing for 4 years (not consistently) and I've only gotten 29% done Update: started a master mode playthrough in may and i just beat ganon. Im at 65% but i did a glitch for infinite koroks that im too lazy to finish lol

I've been playing like 6 or 7 hours a day for the first 3 months of playing and then 1-2 hours for 2 months then occasionally 3-4 hours during the last 1 or 2 months. With link 100-200 hours total and 33.3%(not sure about that.). If that puts anything in perspective. Its all estimates though.

easy blight fight, doesn't lose much time. collect ancient arrows in castle to make journey to rudania super quick by one shotting guardians. Loses time early on, but saves more than enough later because of it.
