You have no idea how much worse it could be, come to Finland, land of the shortest penalties. They grt here even get shorter time the more crimes they commited (like a bonus, makes no sense, and probation is likely the most common penalty here.

Life no parole. Which by the way doesn’t even exist in Canada. That’s how bad it is here. The absolute worst penalty we can give here is parole review in 25 years.
