I just finished The Clone Wars.. (Spoiler Reaction/ Review) 

In case you didnt know. The Clonewars did not end. It was cancelled.

I absolutely hated when Commander Fox shot Fives, THERE WAS A FUCKING STUN SETTING ON YOUR PISTOL, USE IT.

Sadly Ventress is dead in canon. I was hoping to see her in rebels too.

A Jedi Knight can take up an apprentice, it is not uncommon. In the EU, the most common path to Jedi Masterhood was to train several Padawans as a Knight, typically one right after the other, and have them all successfully pass their Jedi Trials. In Fact, Obi-Wan trained Anakin when he was still a knight.

TCW managed to make Jar Jar a nice character. THAT'S HARD TO DO AND THEY DIDI IT. Also Sénatrice Chuchi. Everybody shut up, she was awesome.

My favorite episodes were the ones on Mortis with the Father, Son, and Daughter.

Obi Wan was a Knight when Anakin became his apprentice as well.

Something I found really cool was the by far the clones. Dude they're all badasses, ever single one of them. Though I was really disappointed with General Grievous. He was by far much better in clone wars (which by the way you need to watch if you haven't already. Hell watch it again if you have seen it) a beast, an unstoppable force that in all honestly looked almost as dangerous as Darth freaking Vader!

Blame Disney for the lack of a Season Six, it's all their fault.

Did you watch the 8 extra episodes on youtube? They have unfinished animation but are some of the greatest episodes.

My favorite character in the clone wars is Ahsoka Tano and my favorite seasons and episode is seasons 5 and seasons 3 episode 10!!!!! :-):-)

If the show wouldn't been canceled the end of the last episode would have been that Anakin and Obi-Wan are going to rescue Palpatine and just tie the series in to episode 3. But disney take over, so minus 3-4 seasons :(

Why did Disney have to end it why..... personally I liked the Clone Wars better then Rebels so far but the new trailer from Rebels looks promising

What I love is that when the clone wars went about mending anakins character and making his fall more believable, they wrote it so that instead of just redoing the silly character development in the prequels, they enhanced it.

It ended that way because sadly like all good shows it got cancelled. There are also eight released incomplete reels, a comic (darth maul son of dathomir) and a novel (dark disciple).

The thing with the ending of the show was that it was cancelled halfway through season 6; there are more stories they wanted to tell to wrap up the series properly and completely to lead into episode III, but Disney cut the development short.

You can get a padawan as a knight that's how Obi-Wan got Anakin in the phantom menace also you don't always get to choose your padawan because Anakin had to take Ahsoka as his padawan since the council told him to

before I watched rebels I thought that the clone wars was just the original movie where anakin met ashoka but after watching rebels I found out that there was a series and in a way I'm glad I found out that way cause if Id known about it when it came out I wouldnt have given it the attention it deserved and wouldn't have seen the whole thing which was well worth watching.

This show was amazing. My favorite arc was the mortis arc.

Don't forget the canon comic, Son of Dathomir. Very important story arc.

I had like how the mandalorians have been shown through the series as a conflictive culture where warrior's honor and war its all passing to be a kind of symbol for pacifism and neutral systems. Other thing that I also liked of the series how has been shown the difficulties for the republic through the war, as example is the clone army even if the clones are far more capable than the droids their number are limited where separatists are not, I don't remember where I had read or seen that Yoda is for far the best strategist of the jedis and of the republic and he fought the clone wars with all of those difficulties where the droids exceed republic numbers and resources for far and the republic trying to protect all of what they are capable of but is not enough.

Sorry but rebels did not do a ”damn good job at it”...

Also a knight can take on an apprentice, only the padwan can not take on an apprentice

In the phantom menace, Obi-wan was only a Jedi knight when he took anakin on as his apprentice. dude, go watch the 8 story reels on the Star wars website, all the voice acting is there, just the animation is unrendered, but it does not reduce enjoyment of those 8 extra episodes. look into the clone wars Legacy stuff, there's the son of dathomir comic which finishes off Darth Mauls Clone Wars story, also go check out the Dark Disciple book which finishes of Asajj Ventress Clone Wars story. finally, check out the 2003 Clone Wars Micro Series, even though it isn't considered Canon at this moment, it still provides a start and end to the Clone Wars. You can watch them in original 3 (or in later episodes, also called chapters 15) minute format on Garret Gomes channel, or on kisscartoon.me website for the compiled Volume versions. Chapters 1-21 would be set before Dave Filonis "The Clone Wars" whereas Chapters 22-25 are set afterwards and brings the clone wars to a close right up to where Episode 3 picks up. the last 4 chapters especially tie in with the last Clone Wars Reels and Episode 3 brilliantly, with Anakins more darker tones and the increased presence of the techno union. You just have to make a few leaps in logic, like anakin Flying a Jedi interceptor at the end of chaper 21 (when he is seen using the Jedi starfighters in the next the Clone Wars episodes up until around season 3 when all Jedi use interceptors then) would have just been a prototype interceptor that him and a few others it seems tested out. and the other thing to wrap your head around is Anakins scar but just watch them anyway. Hopefully when Dave Releases more "The Clone Wars Legends" material it doesn't clash with Clone Wars 2003.

Coolest "moment" was basically everything after season 3- except the Maul and Yoda storyline. Those were a waste of time.

I also think that Clone Wars works so well, in no small part, bc of the amazing voice talent that has been involved in the show. When you see actors like George Takei, Jon Favreau, Katee Sackoff, Brian George, Clancy Brown & Olivia D'Abo, among others, involved with the Star Wars universe on this show, it really just furthers the show's quality. And of course, having Mark Hamill (Darth Bane), & Liam Neeson & Pernilla August come to the show to do voice work as well, it just enhances the experience even more. On a side note, Tom Kane did an amazing job as the voice of Yoda, I thiink he really nailed it to be honest.

Umbara was great, The Citadel episodes I loved, Order 66, Mortis, Darth Maul and Savage Opress vs Darth Sidous, and obviously the Season Finale.

I love the clone wars. The clones went from "ok, now we can have bigger gunfights" to "men who live and die for the republic". Anakin went from "I'm gonna go to the dark side so I'll do a bad thing now and again" to "I have to do these things to protect those close to me." My favourite episodes were rose with domino squad (fives, echo, heavy, cutup and droidbait). Them and landing at point rain. The clone wars, in a way, improves the prequels, adding deapth and character tho those we said had none. Also, it should be noted for being the last Star Wars that George Lucas had direct input on. I'm rambling, ament I? I just love this show so much!

Couldnt agree with what you've said more here. Ive been a fan of Clone Wars since season one, episode one back in 2008 & have been hooked the entire time. While ther have been some weaker episodes, overall, the narrative, even with those weaker episodes has been quite good. Ive especially enjoyed the story arcs over a few epsiodes (Ryloth trilogy, Malevolence trilogy, Mandalore trilogy & esp the Geonosis story arc in season two, Landing At Point Rain & Weapons Factory are probably two of the best episodes of the entire series!). If you havent seen the featurettes that have been included with each season, trust me, they are well worth the time to watch as well. They all just demonstrate the attention to detail that went into the show. I was massively disappointed when DIsney cancelled the series, but pleasantly pleased (& surprised) when Rebels was put out there & it proved to have all the feel of the OT in many, many respects. I also am very happy to see many characters, both from the OT & the PT as well as Clone Wars, return for Rebels. While I am not as familiar with KOTOR era SW, thru various sources (the fanfilm Broken Souls certainly being among them) Im coming to understand & really get into that era of the SW universe as well. It is even my hope that Dave Filoni & team will embark upon a full on series set in KOTOR as well, but I suppose all that can be done at this point is to keep it on my wishlist of things that will happen with Disney calling the shots on the franchise now & hope for the best! Really enjoyed your video summing up the series (I too am happy to see that Darth Bane is now official canon) & look forward to future videos you have on your channel with regards to Rebels (loved the season two midseason trailer breakdown you guys did!) Jedi Knights must train several padawans to become masters traditionally i also suggest exploring more topics on wookiepedia so you can expand your knowledge of the star wars universe. Lately i've been finding it hard to follow some star wars theories with my knowledge. Every time i play an rp game i'm always the lore master lol. Anyways use wookiepedia to further ur knowledge of star wars :D but your vids are amazing

The fact that something as, "disposable," as clone troopers was debated about as a topic of controversy in the show was enough for me. Watching every single character progress and meet their inevitable deaths for sake of what they believed in was very emotional and satisfying. R.I.P. One of my favourite aspect of The Clone Wars is that they remove the Black and White between the Republic and the Seperatists. That most just felt the Republic was corrupt and wanted to cut bureaucracy.

Gear video! You should absolutely check out dark disciple. I listened to it on audiobook. It's set after season six and focuses on Asage Ventress and Quinlin Vos. I've read all the new canon novels and it's my favorite.

One of my fav episodes was actually in season 1, the ryloth episode with the 2 clones Waxer and Boil who discover an orphan twilek child. for me that was the point at which I started to connect with the clones. I also enjoyed the episode where they invade geonosis because that was just an all out (storming the beach of Normandy-esk) type episode and was totally awesome.

i will agree on you with the clones bit. My favorite characters from the clone wars was Domino Squad. You do not have to be a master to have a padawan and this has never been the case. For example Obi-Wan took Anakin as his apprentice as soon as he became a jedi knight at the end of the phantom menace. Also the reason behind why Anakin did not choose his apprentice is in the movie. Ahsoka was meant to be Obi-wan's apprentice but Yoda told her she was Anakin's. At first Anakin was unhappy and was going to get her to stop being his apprentice and become Obi-Wan's but he changed his mind after their fist mission together.

Best parts of the show (though I wish they had more of) was the ARC Troopers. I wanted actual ARC Troopers but clones how go beyond the expectations to become them seems awesome as well. I want to see ARC Trooper Fordo and the other ARC's

My favorite episodes were the ones with clones, because it humanized clones and made me think that they are real people, expecialy Captain Rex, the 501st and commander Cody. The clone wars not only developed characters from the movies they created characters so awesome, like the clones and Asoka. My favorite character is probably Captain Rex because yes he is a clone, but he has a human side that shows when he's with his man and a clone side, his best episode is probably "The Deserter" when he meet's a clone that left the army for his family, you see that he is no number he is a human the only difference is that he was made in a lab, but he still a awesome character

Loved the episode where there were those black droids the ones that the clones had to destroy twice, and how their was sacrifice to sacrifice and they barley make it out. And when they have that weird alien work zombie thing infect the clones. (Sorry I forgot the names of those things it's been a while sense I've seen the show)

I can't believe you didn't Watch the clone wars sooner! My two most emotional episodes where I genuinely balled my eyes out where the episode when fives dies and the episode where asoka leaves the Jedi order, great episodes I'm glad you mentioned them 😊

If I remember correctly Anakin getting Ahsoka as a padawan was explained in the Film. I think she was supposed to be Obiwans Padawan, but then she and anakin worked together and in the end anakin wanted to take her as his padawan? (Which kinda was Obiwans plan anyway?)
