The fact that he was not charged and found guilty in a federal court for the alleged crime of election interference nullifies this case and guarantees a Trump victory on appeal. This along with many other factors including the jury not allowed to have a printed copy of the jury instructions and the courts blocking Trumps defense from calling and questioning their expert witness on election laws. The case was nothing more than “political warfare” in attempts to take out a formidable opponent. A banana republic some have called it, in reality its tyranny to remain in power.
