It's definitely more noticeable when corner lots are out of sorts and he probably figures that the homeowner is twice as far behind when they have a corner so they are even less likely to be able to tackle it on their own. I noticed too that they are so often big lots and corner ones but it does kinda make sense that he chooses those. Wonder if he will have more reasons to add here as well. There are SO many sidewalks and drains he clears out for these corners...what a service to the community.
