FINALLY SOMEONE HAS THE SAME OPINIONS AS ME!! The money performance, I truly think Jeemin deserved it because her techniques and skills are good but Sujung and Juwon deserve more points than Saebi tbh. This the DANCE unit, but the producers just judged based on the facial expression so it's kinda unfair. Yuju was literally SO good, but literally 16 points difference???? Koko is excellent but why did the producers based on the dance more than rap??? This is literally the RAP unit. And literally, Sarang cracked her voice and she got 84, WHILE Jungeun sang SO heavenly and only got 80??? This show is SO biased, wth???

It’s so obvious how they set Yuju up to be overshadowed by Koko. The RAP battle was mainly focused on DANCE because they wanted Koko to stand out. None of the Judges are rappers so they only ranked them by dance. Even though Yuju is a far better rapper, they didn’t point out her rapping at all. It’s also OUTRAGEOUS that Sujung and Juwon got the lowest scores as professional dancers. These rats are so shameless when they’re not hiding their favoritism. I seriously need Sujung, Jungeun, Juwon, and Yuju to LEAVE. They need to get out of there as quick as possible because these evil ass producers and mnet are out to ruin their lives. I’m extremely concerned about their mental health. They should take Fuko with them to because I can tell they’re trying to make us forget about her.

This episode had me so upset. I love Sarang, but the judge’s favoritism towards her is lowkey ruining her for me. How did she get in the top 6 when she made a mistake, but Jungeun delivers a flawless preformance and gets 10th??? I was confident the judges were gonna have her back but now i’m not sure. She’s been one of the best contestants since episode 1, yet it seems like neither the fans or the judges are acknowledging her. If she doesn’t make it into the lineup i’ll go crazy. Everyone in the top 12 is so talented that I feel like so many girl’s will be robbed regardless of the outcome. Also I don’t really understand the hype around Mai. I like her determination to improve and her attitude, but I feel like she’s only liked for her visuals and stage presence. She’s not untalented, but she doesn’t really stand out talent wise and she doesn’t deserve to debut over Jungeun. Anyway this is my lineup 1. Jungeun 2. Jeemin 3. Jiyoon 4. Saebi 5. Fuko 6. Jungeun carries EVERY performance, she’s just vocally so far ahead of the other girls and the audience refuses to admit that. I’m also not saying the other girls are bad at all, they just are progressed more in other areas, Fuko is not far behind her. Fuko, Saebi, Jeemin, Jungeun, Jiyoon, and Gyuri are my top 6 rn. All the girls have worked their tails off and they all deserve all the praise. But if Choi Jungeun doesn’t debut, you KNOW this show is rigged in every way.

I really think that in the dance team Juwon and Sujung would have outshined the others if they had more screen time. And for the last episode when the « I am the best » team performed Juwon caught my attention from the first seconds. She’s really changed and is more impactful since she worked on her facial expressions. _ The main vocal position performance was so beautiful and pleasant to listen. Justice for Jungeun because what the heck is this rank.

I literally cried when Jungeun scene (Her crying and saying she can't talk to anyone, Jiyoon mad at her) AND I CRIED EVEN MORE when they apologized, hold hands, laughed. ISTG I love Jungeun and Jiyoon more than my whole life (Crazy, but it might be real) Also, here are my opinions too BECAUSE I AM PISSED AND NEED TO RANT AND IT\S LONG -Also I kinda agree with the whole rap has dance AND also the highest thing, that's so stupid but it's also a motivational thing and I don't mind it, -I kinda liked the training thing, It was funny but didn't really matter that much - I'M LIKE so sad with Saebi being 7 and the trio breaking up -Also, there was a rap verse? i am really glad you changed your opinion about jungeun favourism because all the praise she got before was valid she was THAT GOOD honestly if i had to pick between jiyoon and jungeun i would pick jungeun she is all rounder so she will be very useful in group so i kind of have hopes that she will debut

If Jungeun did not debut, they literally just used her with all the drama with Jiyoon. If there's a producer's pick and either of these two is already at the line up, im certain that the other one would not get chosen. Lastly, i dont see a difference between Fuko and Jungeun yet Fuko still got a higher score. They said Fuko is always stable and do good job every performances but so is Jungeun yet Jungeun got way way lower than everybody else.

A rap unit, but no lyrics were written, a damn rap unit with a dance break? None of those judges were even qualified to be judging anything that had to do with rapping, Koko should’ve been in the dancing unit.

the main dancer position is not even a main dancer battle y’all. because the key point of that performance is who could do the lip bite expression better lol. jeemin and saebi did not even use their height to their advantage. they’re awkward and stiff. as a street dancer myself the score given by the judges last night is so ridiculous that make monica and leejung lose their credibility as a dancer in my eyes. both girls clearly still held on that “i’m pretty” expression during the performance. son juwon doesn’t even appear much last night. or did she? i only see her 3 seconds giving reaction and that’s it. pretty sure both juwon and sujung will be out next episode

The way everytime they just bite their lip to have better expressions when the producers tell them is fun because sometimes it doesn't match with the song's meaning so it's giving "a bit too much" effect.

for the part about jiyoon saying “how does it feel to be in 8th place” I don’t think that’s something she said to jungeun 😭 im very sure it was a voiceover that mnet did, maybe even from jiyoon talking about herself from her ranking before

Tbh I was excited to watch the Spicy performance since Yuju is my #1 pick, but I just felt frustrated watching the performance because mnet made it very obvious through their editing they actually wanted it to be a Koko solo performance with Yuju as background dancer. Nothing against Koko though, I like her, but mnet can't make it any less obvious they want her to debut and Yuju not to debut. Yuju gets so little screentime so people might look over her, but all her fancams show exactly how good her stage presence is and why she deserves to debut

they definitely don't want yuju in the line-up, which is why they're pushing koko as a rapper to prove that the debut group can already have a member that can rap without yuju. even someone who knows nothing about k-pop could take one look at their outfits and tell who the favourite is.

They really screamed at Yuju last time but when Mai was doing bare minimum she was called beautiful and a good dancer lol. The difference in treatment is crazy.

when I was watching the ranking of ep 9 I can’t even express how pissed off I was. People start hating on sujung just because she just started talking bad about Mai but wasn’t she saying what we were all thinking? Mai, although she has potential, doesn’t particularly shine out amount the ilanders. In no way am I excusing sujung’s behaviour, but I kind of understand where her anger comes from. This is a survival show and they aren’t required to help one another. The entire ep9 was biased and extremely infuriating. Why did the rap unit need to dance, but the vocal unit didn’t need to?? The producers did yuju wrong. Her rap skills definitely eat koko up, but they were ranked based on dance. Saebi should not have been ranked higher than sujung and juwon. They have so much potential but the producers just choose to ignore it?? And everyone just likes Mai for no reason. She doesn’t have a particularly good area that she shines in, such as vocals or dance. All I’ve seen people praising her for is her visuals. But idols are t just visuals, they need to be able to sing and dance well. About sarang though, her voice cracked in La Vien Rose and the4 walls, but the producers say she’s improving? And she ranks higher than so many others who should’ve been in the top 6?? If this isn’t bias if I don’t know what this is. My ideal lineup would be sujung, jiyoon, jungeun, fuko, gyuri, koko and jeemin

Honestly, it would be better for Jungeun, Yuju, Sujung, and Juwon aka the robbed ones so that mnet’s and the producers’ favorites could shine to not debut here. Although I do want them to win a spot, but with the disrespect their getting throughout part 2??? You CAN’T tell me that the show’s best rapper, best technical singer with the most flexible range (mind u she wasn’t even vying for a vocal position she was mostly trained in dance like her older sister), and the two best and properly trained dancers (one was even a LEADER in SFWG, like?!) are all part of the bottom ranks . The debuting group would be under Wakeone anyway not the blacklabel nor YG. So honestly don’t mind if they don’t debut because MNET/Wakeone does not deserve these talents.

I do agree at some points but had to disagree on some but no hate, i do respect ur opinions tho. 1. Like i prefer yuzu rap tone but i also think koko is good in rapping too. In lovesick girls u said that yuzu deserved more but u forgot that in lovesick girl they were fighting for main dancer position not rapping, and even with small part I think koko really showed herself. honestly we have like the same top 6, because mine is 1. Sujung 2. Jungeun 3. Gyuri 4. Fuko 5. Jiyoon 6. Saebi 7.Yuju (if there is one) and for the rest of the girls 8. Juwon (i feel bad for her, she's really talented) 9. Koko (she's definitely improving but i'm not sure about her) 10. Jeemin (i know this is controversial, but she's made it through the whole show with just popularity) 11. Sarang (i'm not saying she's bad but she needs to improve her mistakes these last 2 episodes) 12. Mai (she's pretty but skillwise not near the other contestants)

When they announced the score for the money unit I was so shocked, how the hell did they rank saebi higher than the other three?! I mean imo sujung and juwon made quite a big impact with their parts, also this was the dance unit so why did she got a higher score when others are better than her and shined too. I am not a saebi hater but this favoritism is just annoying and that literally nobody talked about juwon made me so sad

I thought about it too so let me share my opinion: Why do people like saebi so much? The same goes for Mai (not in the worst way possible). Like what's so special about them? To be honest, they are not even that talented. All they could do is smile or make a "good" expressions when performing (especially Saebi). It's so obvious that it's pure favortism and nothing else. Like in IWALY test, I was so pissed off by it that I had no motivation to continue watching the show or whatsoever. (yes, I'm yapping about it again, cry about it if you don't like it). Koko should've won, Yuju too. How would Mai debut if you couldn't even sing one single like stably? And the worst part is, people were praising her for it and ignoring the fact that her voice was trembling and out of control. And Koko too, because saebi was too focused on making a good impression to the pds. And in this episode, Saebi, Koko and Jeemin were getting on my nerves. (really)

Idk why people are complaining about screen time.. the ones who aren’t getting much screen time now were the ones who got a decent amount in part 1.. like the amount of times they focused on Juwon in part 1.. honestly they didn’t even focus on koko much in part 1 besides that last episode.. I feel like so many people (esp the international ones) just like the girls which Mnet gave a storyline & they don't really care about talent. I def agree with the producers about Sarang's potential, but idk if she's had a performance so far where her stage presence and vocals have been consistent throughout...it's really a sign that she needs more time to train. This is okay; Fuko also needed the time to train after gp999 and she's super ready to debut now.

First of all, I want to highlight that I used a translator for English, so some parts may not be understood well, but I wanted to give my opinion 😭😭 It's very noticeable favoritism, and it's very obvious that they want to push certain specific girls through the editing of the program. I mean, all the good things only go to them, all the good comments are only directed towards them, the highest scores only go to them, when it's clear they're not the most outstanding, but rather those forced to stand out. *Cough Koko cough Saebi cough Jeemin cough.* 1. The rap unit: I'm tired of Koko being highlighted all the time, like she's an anime character, with Koko this and poor Yuju doesn't even exist, it seems like she did nothing. It was practically the Koko show, and in my opinion, Yuju did the best in rapping. In the part where the chorus was half sung, Yuju was the one singing but they focused on Koko. Even if Koko was at the back of the stage and Yuju was in front, they only focused on Koko. The dancing was another thing I didn't understand because supposedly it was a rap position, but rap is rap, not dancing. I mean, it wasn't even hip hop style to justify it, just normal dancing. 2. Then we have the dance unit. I don't understand the decision to include all 5 in this unit when two of them aren't the best dancers. They practically put them in this unit because they don't stand out in anything, just in being pretty. Since the audience and judges praise Saebi so much, I wonder how she made it to the top 12 when she has NEVER stood out. But the producers and the audience love her as if she sings and dances super well, when she's really basic. 3. Finally, there's Jeemin. Since episode 1, all she does is bite her lip, she hasn't done anything else. In every performance, she bites her lip and puts on a "sexy" face, and there are the producers and the audience so surprised because "it's a side of her we haven't seen". WTF, it's always the same, she always does the same thing. The only performance that I feel was consistent was the All Round one, where yes, it lacked rap, but the producers were fair with their scores. Finally, Gyuri stands out, but the audience scores for this unit gave higher points to the one who was off-key. 4. Lastly, the vocal unit. Both were on par. In short, it's known that Koko, Saebi, and Jeemin have a guaranteed spot in that group, by far. I don't know why the producers set such a high bar for some contestants (Sujung, Jungeun, Fuko). For them, the comments are: "They don't step out of their comfort zone, they're consistent but always the same." And then there's a lower bar for other contestants, where the comments are: "How refreshing, they've improved so much." When they've had the same shitty expression since episode one and haven't evolved at all. Because for some, it's bad to be in their comfort zone when they actually stand out there, and for others, it's the best thing when they keep doing the same thing since minute one of that program.

I have an opinion and you are free to disagree with it no hate intended whatsoever. The reason why jiyoon ranks higher than jungeun is mainly because the easy to listen to quality and emotion of jiyoons voice. I feel like at some points jungeun kind of strains, and produces this kind of nasal voice, but I totally love her voice especially her high notes. And she should definitely be more shameless like the rest of the contestants so that imates just can't help but take a good look at her talent

I feel like Knetz are biased more than ever and judges can't stop showing their favouritism lol. Like a contestant can make mistake on the live stage but they will still give them high scores but jungeun gave the perfect performance but gave her one of the lowest score. I have already lost hopes from the knetz anyways because they will always choose visual over talent but atleast the judges could have performed their job better. I am honestly so disappointed. And now they have even added 50% Korean and 50% global votes. Bfr 50% KOREAN VOTES ??? No way at this rate Jungeun is making it. Forget about debuting I fear if she will even make into top 10. Also knetz are so hypocrite. They will tear the group to the shreds when the group can't sing but still won't vote for the talented people who can sing. Then don't complain if the group sounds awful. it wasn't a dance competition, but and acting / stage presence competition in this sense I can see why saebi ranked over sunjung. One little thing Ive notice is that being visuals girls taller then the other girls makes their dance look bigger / fuller. Honestly I prefer saebi over jeemin as the visual / center role, but jeemin is already a guaranty pick due her popularity, so I dont think that getting mai or /and saebi too dont make sense in a smaller group, they need more skilled people to actually sell sound only music in the long run, but the styles of songs chosen are easy in vocal technique so yeah they can go to just for popularity too.

sadly, this is nothing new. i've been into kpop since 2009, i'm not a fangirl anymore (i'm 29 lmao), yet i keep watching survival shows like this (i like watching them idk) and everytime i end up being disappointed lmao. i still remember how disappointed i was with r u next's final lineup yikes??? visuals/favoritism are more important in the kpop industry than talent, that's a sad reality. i liked mai and jeemin at first, but i saw little/almost no improvement in them. i was shocked when i read that jeemin's been a trainee for six years, yet her level is still, let me say, low for someone who's been training for that long. i still think that she has potential, but why is she improving so slowly for someone who trained for so long? her dancing is not great, her singing is bad. that's weird. as for mai, at least she trained for less time (1 year and ? months idk)...but she still has to improve a LOT. i agree with you about the final lineup, gyuri will literally be wonhee 2.0, no doubt. i hope jungeun (and jiyoon) will debut, i really like both of them. mnet's shows will always be rigged, sigh.

They make it so obvious who is going to debute with the screen time distribution and the story line given. Like we get it that they want Sarang to debute. They purposely treat some contestants like background characters. From the latest episode, I was so scared that jungeun might not debute because they kept giving her low score and low vote. Have to admit that during the latest vocal battle , it was one of her weakest performances, but she is still one of the best contestants in the show.

It is so obvious that suddenly the songs and performance are kept on favoring in Jeemin and suddenly she is shining because 70% of screen time is on her. Also, I find I-Mate unfair mainly because most of them are there to see and cheer for Jeemin and Koko, while the others with less fans but better talent are hidden under the stone, which affect other rankings badly. The advantage of higher ranks is also suspicious, because the others only have 2 members, so why is it necessary? Another, when Sarang voice cracked in her 2 performance it's called improvement because she's nervious. But when it comes to Jungeon they always said, "I expect a lot more."

THE BACKLASH for not debuting Jungeun will HARSHER than ILLIT and Jiwoo mess at least in RUNext there are many trainee who can sing well, but ILAND 2 IS SO LACKING IN OPTION, even more than Produce 48 & 101

My top 6 with explanation Jiyoon great vocalist Jungeun also great vocalist and dancer Gyuri stable vocalist the industry need stable vocals more than anything else especially this gen Yuju main rapper material with Great flow and attractive tone Jeemin a center with a great skills Juwon dancer but she can sing she can save the group in the encore

Exactly! Why the hell does the rap unit has performance in it? Like we need to hear the rap. Idk about you, but when i heard both of them rapping for the "main dancer" part in lovesick girls. It was so fucking obvious who was better. They knew koko was good with performance but isn't that good at rapping. That's why they chose koko to be in rap unit instead of dance (which she should've been in). They also chose jeemin and saebi for the dance unit which is kinda dumb, like those two should have competed in the all rounder unit. They obviously don't have enough skills to compete sujung and juwon.

I’m not that familiar with girl survival shows, (I watch more boy survival shows) but is this normal? This week’s episode had me questioning the choices of the show. Why was Koko not in the dance unit, but Jeemin was? Jeemin fits the “All arounder unit” more, and the all around unit should’ve been called something else. I’ve been upset with the judges (especially that Monika woman). Sometimes they give good advice other times they’re rude. The favoritism is so strong it’s making it hard to watch. I’m so tired of certain story lines, it’s clearly being edited in a way that feels so forced. (That being said I’m glad the Junguen and Jiyoon storyline is done). I could go on, but it will be a whole essay at that point. I just hope that the contestants who don’t debut get pick by other companies who will treat them right.

Honestly the one where you pointed out that many ppl dislike or hate sujung just bcz of her opinion in an individual battle. I appreciate you for voicing it. Sujung is one of my favourites. But when she voiced her opinions about mai. Ik she did that wrong. But it's literally an individual battle. It's clear everyone wants to be better than others. She was not that bad. And after they added the clips of sujung comforting mai. I am thankful to the editors. We know she's not bad. She even helped the teams so much by her ideas, and whenthe judges blamed sujung for taking over the leadership, i lost my mind. Like she didn't do it on purpose. Koko couldn't do it so she just helped her. What's so wrong about it?. After she got eliminated, she accepted it and said good things about every one of them. She deserved better. I hope sujung debuts soon

I have a strong feeling that Mai will be choosen as a producers pick atlast !!!! YK there always a controversial pick in a survival show and this time it can be mai Ik she been Falling apart in part 2 but let's all be real She was clearly shown as a great trainee with good nature and a positive thinking by which it will make people to let her in the group Later they pushed her portraying as a very understanding and sacrificing person during the ( see-saw game ) where she gave up on whitsle for YUJU !!!! Thats a clear stunt to show her as a good contributing person for this line up This was not enough that later they pushed her as a very creative , manageable person who has a great sense of imagination and creativity over that they gave her as a great leader role to show us all that how great person Mai is and she can be a great leader too ( during the unit battle creative ep this was not enough that , that Judge 24 just randomly praised Mai that she is doing good in back ( that's a clear thing to say that they wanted us to believe Mai did better than yuju and she was quiet memorable while YUJU was so forgettable and got unnoticed unlike mai ) Then there was lee jung who named her as impact princess!!!! And in part 2 in ep 9 like lmao Mai was being so rough and lazy during the practice time And lee jung PLAYED AS A ' POLITE LEADER FOR HER ". While they are YUJU alive during love sick girls practice check Even Monika was there too !! Like two grown ass women eating a 16 year old girl 🤡🤡 bcs she was not doing the way they want her to do While they are being angelic towards Mai This is clearly favouritism to me YK half of the producer's love her !!! Like for being pretty and idk some impact ( which I don't feel ) but umm they do !!! They loved mai from day 1 Like in drama part when she did that Karina rap part "ZIGI ZIGI" She lowkey sound like tone deaf ( like fr it was her worst perfomance imo ) After the perfomance ended I was so ready to see Mai being bashed by the judges But they say they were enchanted???? 🤡Like tf ??? they’re dancing cause it’s called rap PERFORMANCE unit. I think they thought it’d be boring if it was just a rap and no dancing cause in vocals you get better emotion but rap has so much energy that it feels like dancing (just my opinion)

100% agree with your rank of 12 and your opinion. I didn't even watch the show (I just watched the performances online). I was shocked to hear what their final scores were. Favoritism is so blatant. I don't care to watch the final episode -- I'll just watch a recap and see final results. 😔

This has got to be one of the worst handling survival shows in history. I’ve even stopped watching it myself.. Yui and Lingling was literally gonna save this svs and they just eliminated her…. And they gave them soo much hope. All of it is red flags. I won’t even get my hopes up anymore
