The camera made it look way too round and small. That's not how the curvature looks, it's supposed to be a bit more subtle. Seeing how massive the Earth is.

Flat Earthsers took notice. And Im pretty sure that a Globe is still a Globe despite the curve of the lens distortion, because GoPro's don't have a full Fisheye giving 180deg perspective (unless Im wrong on that). So if thats right then lens curve or not, for it to show a Globe it has to be a Globe, just an exaggerated Globe.

BTW, you can save a ton of money by using hydrogen instead of helium. Hydrogen is about 1/3 the price of helium, less scarce, and produces about 8% more lift per volume of gas. I have worked with companies that do commercial payload lofting with weather balloons (it's more common than you think) and they generally use hydrogen and are just careful about avoiding ignition sources at the launch site. There have now been tens of thousands of hydrogen balloon launches without incident.
