I saw a lot of comments like 20 minutes to cook pork bluh bluh bluh. Idiots, watch until the end. Don’t comment unless you really watch it. She said 200 degrees for 20 minutes and another 20 minutes for 350 degrees. So 45 minutes in total.
Iv made that for years except i used sliced potatoes so if there out of business thats why but i used a lot of more onions then that. In fact my mom made that it was called scalloped potatoes she didnt add the topping but did
That meet needs proper seasoning. Too bland, needs some garlic & thyme amongst other spices to bring out the flavour. Fish could be used instead without all that time & cheese.
😂😂😂😂😂 I this lady is a comedian. She had absolutely two crumbs each of salt and pepper, a ton of condiments (one which was sour cream not ricotta) and turned out to be baked BS casserole. 😅
Are u sure ? That”s a pretty affirmative conclusion … since I am pretty sure that u have not been at every restaurant in this land . If u don’t have nothing good to say there’s nothing wrong at staying quiet . U guys are mean .
Ricotta cheese? Looks like sour cream… Does she call ingredients by the wrong name just to get comments? I’ve seen her do this in other videos too. Pretty smart strategy if so 🤣
Sounds like she spliced in a word or two at certain points. I thought she said cottage cheese, not that it matters. I like baking more than cooking but even I can come up with something that LOOKS better than this and would definitely TASTE better than this. 🤯
My mom told me to never cook RAW meat with other ingredients. Cook meat separately and drain juices. Always avoid bacterial infection. Be smart, not trendy
Before you haters disrespect this cook. Why don't you make it. We just made it tonight. We used cream cheese which is a substitute for cottage cheese, and she said mustard, we used Dijon mustard. The meat was at 165f and tender and juicy. Try it before you blast it with your hate. Or maybe you just don't know how to cook. That would explain the hate. Mozzarella cheese. Pork only needs a internal temp of 145.
Back on the day meat was processed different. Yes we had to cook pork longer. Today the process is different. Just check the internal temp. You won't get worms. Good gracious.
Ye know even ugly needs love and a home, believe I might try this. I’ll check it out with a little dash of paprika in one corner. Seems this might be a dish you could experiment with adding things you like…or not. Thanks for sharing… 😊
Ma'am, the only thing you learned at a restaurant is that your family is happy to be eating, NOT at home! You're just making stuff up. Even Applebees doesn't serve this mozzarella-smothered mess.
She cooking in Celsius! 205 C = 400 ~ Ok I’m back with a critique. She’s probably Canadian so using Celsius rather than Fahrenheit. When I converted and cranked my oven to 400 F for 20 minutes, removed from oven and added the sauce, which although it seems like it would be thick with cream cheese, once you add the mayo and mustard it loosens up. The added shredded cheese coupled with the cream cheese browns up nicely @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Oddly although rather beige this dish was delish. The onion added depth, I think I’d use mashed next time for contrast in texture. The mustard added zing. I did cook some veg as well. Pleasantly surprised. Oh and my husby wanted seconds!
Definitely NOT Canadian! LOL Our ovens have both Fahrenheit and Celsius to choose from. She's not even North American. Different videos have her measuring in metric and cooking in Fahrenheit, and measuring in Imperial and cooking in Celsius. It's a troll channel, there are several of them.
Looks good. I also was thinking mash potato pork chop sauerkraut paprika salt seasoning with sour cream. That would be more a German or Hungarian version
So I thought those potatoes were noodles.. and I was horrified but after learning they were potatoes I felt better about this recipe…. Although I wouldn’t make this it’s better than noodles and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was noodles on this Channel
My Mother used to do pork chops on top of stuffing ,( we call it dressing. )However she browned the chops first. She would top dressing with chops. Cover with foil.and bake for half hour. Uncover and bake about 15 minutes longer Really good.
All jumping on the bandwagon. All join the "Let's- bring- her- down- club".Why do they watch it anyway if not fot that reason?Ever heard of just scrolling past?!
Get used to it. That's why we are here. This woman is the worst cook on the internet. If you don't want to see our true comments on her horrible recipes, don't read the comments. If you plan on cooking any of her recipes, then good luck, you will lose friends and family with this slop
If you only bake pork for 20 minutes at 200°, then you’re probably gonna get worms lady. Do you normally bake pork chops at 3:50 for 20 to 30 minutes use your oven at 200 to clean it.
Correct! I bet it’s the reverse with the high temp first. I’m trying it.. fool that I am, and after twenty minutes @ 200 degrees it’s barely warm. Gonna switch it up. 20 minutes @ 400 then 20 at 200 maybe. Ugh it’s in the oven. Should have trusted my gut.
I think good idea to sear the pork in oil before you bake it. locks in flavor plus give some carmeling flavor. Leave thae fat on tge meat and put the fat in the mix
Cooking the bejeezus out of pork is no longer a requirement. The worm that causes trichinosis has been eradicated in American-raised pork. It is recommended to cook it to medium for the best texture, but as long as it's cooked to at least 145° Fahrenheit, the risk of pathogens like salmonella is very low.
The local Health Department closed that restaurant quickly. Your recipe has killed more people than any war in history!!!! You can't cook lady!!! Please leave that poor kitchen forever!!!😮😢
It looks delicious. I bet everyone else's porkchops are so dry. The spices are in the other things she adds and this way you can actually taste the ingredients melding together. Sometimes simple is better. Thank you for sharing
It's 40 minutes total...but I would go for an hour total if it were me. PLUS...she says cottage cheese...? Looked like sour cream to me. And whete the heck is the seasoning??
Looks delicious! I sometimes coat pork chops (shake and bake) and cook for 20 minutes at 400They come out perfect. Roast pork and pork butt cook longer.
The only reason I put a thumbs down is the onions. Why do people put onions in EVERYTHING?? I'm allergic so I have to be careful about what other people make. Most of the time they don't tell you if they are in there. Burns my biscuits.
