I learned this bread in a French restaurant❗️Much tastier than croissants!
Materials :
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 glass of milk (200ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 pack of yeast (10gr)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups of flour (add in moderation)
To grease the dough 100 g butter or margarine
for inside 100 g cheddar cheese
