I learned this old recipe from a German chef❗ I cook it every weekend!
Main Dish:
• 700 grams of minced meat 🍖
• Vegetable oil for frying 🌻
• 1 onion 🧅
• 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
• 1 teaspoon oregano 🌿
• 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶️
• Black pepper to taste 🌶️
• 2 cloves of garlic 🧄
• 300 grams of tomato sauce 🍅
• A bunch of spring onions 🌱
• 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
• Vegetable fat 🧴
• 400 grams of pasta 🍝
• 40 grams of butter 🧈
• 3 tablespoons flour 🌾
• 500 ml milk 🥛
• Nutmeg 🌰
• Black pepper 🌶️
• 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
• 100 grams of cheese 🧀
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until browned. Add chopped onion, salt, oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Cook until the onion is soft.
2. Add minced garlic and tomato sauce, then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in chopped spring onions.
3. Boil pasta according to package instructions with a teaspoon of salt and vegetable fat. Drain and set aside.
4. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously until thickened. Season with nutmeg, black pepper, and salt.
5. Combine the meat sauce with the pasta, pour the milk mixture over it, and top with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly. 🍝🧀
