You know Kristin, just a thought: season the chicken before you put it in the bundt pan. Might work better. You are still fun! I have tried several of your meals and they are all winners!

This is very old method of cooking a chicken. Cover the hole of the Bundt pan with foil so the juices from the inside don’t get on the bottom of your oven. Inside put some fresh herbs garlic and lemon wedges . Those aromas will permeate the inside. Suggestion mix all your spices in a bowl with a bit of olive oil and rub or really massage into the whole chicken in between skin and flesh if skin gets loose use a toothpick to hold in place. 💜
