Chicken breast - 500 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 pc
Flour for rolling

Butter - 30 grams
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Chicken broth - 1 tsp
Cream - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
White pepper - 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Cheese

Method of preparation
Season the chicken breast with salt, black and paprika.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and an egg, which we beat beforehand.
Rub the chicken breasts well.
Then roll them in flour.
Heat the oil and fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side on a moderate heat.
Prepare the sauce by heating the butter with a little olive oil.
Fry 1 tablespoon of flour on a low heat for 1 minute.
Add the chicken stock and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
Add the sour cream and cook for 1 minute on a low heat.
Season with salt, white pepper and nutmeg.
Place the chicken breast in the sauce and add the cheese.
We cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle with parsley.
