Hey Raymond. Love your energy and how intensely you throw yourself into everything you do! I am Kenyan and I lived in Uganda for a long time. I recently came back home recently good. I truly miss Uganda but Im also so happy to be home...I now realize I can love both homes and I am ok with that, boundaries are an illusion so the heck with them, I can have it all. Regarding feeling lonely when youre alone, someone once told me that if I feel lonely when I am alone, then I am in bad company! Ouch! 😆....the trick for me has been to do some simple meditation and inner balance practices. These days whether I am alone or in the company of others, I am perfectly ok. I have come to love my own company. It also makes me more productive without burn out. I wish you incredible experiences, peace, joy and success in all you do. With you all the way!
