I left Paris and moved to Greece. 

I love this video. First I am really happy that you went to this small village in Greece where the traditions & the basic lifestyle go back to ancient times. There is an inherant value in that life that is not immediately obvious in Paris or any contemporary urban or semi-urban modern environment. The tradition of harvesting the olives & preserving them & of making olive oil & other products that include the oil goes back to so many centuries before the advent of monotheistic religions. I love the architecture which to my eyes looks as if one generation of people after another have been living there valuing each other, their village, their life, how the true value of life has been trasnmitted down to them from generation to generation. I look forward to seeing more of this.

When I saw the title I was like what the hell have I missed ,good to hear things are still good with your relationship and Paris apartment,excited now for Greece!

I was in Crete last year - it was wonderful (and yes, very hot!). The people are so warm and friendly, I can see why you don’t want to leave.

I lived in Greece for 12 years. There is nothing else that compares to the Greek culture, food, way of life and its people. I cried for weeks when I had to leave. Make the most of every single second and if you don't want to leave, please don't! I would advise you to please learn Greek and respect the people there, it will make your experience even more rich.
