Martyn just might be the best personal trainer in the world. The way he pushed Eddie past his limit is pretty incredible.
@llamacebu216
@llamacebu216 День назад
He's a body builder. They're all the greatest. Every technique has already been created. Martyn does nothing special but stay on the same routine. Yes there are ways to lift certain weights different ways but those too already known. Great bodybuilders are all around greatness meaning he should be able to do 1 foot dumbbell squat and push up or therapy ball 1 handed push ups. He cannot. Martyn does follow a strict routine but he's mainly using steroids and just pushing heavy weight for his arms and legs while ignoring stretching before and after and most important, core. That's why his abs look tight amd chunky instead fully squared. Arms should have a perfect horseshoe if you work your arms thr correct way including your lower bad

"before a big legpress I ask myself, do I need a shit? And you can never really answer that, because you feel like you need a shit because of all the reps I've been doing, but you go and push out a mallteezer, and I end up wiping me ass 200 times" Fucking legendary. Eddie, please don't stop being funny.

Dorian Yates style of training is the most effective style of training (in my opinion, especially if u combine it with athletic and functional movements). Fast HEAVY positive, control pause then slow controlled negative.

Martyn looks as scary as hell. But, his knowledge is exemplary. The Beast is the same. Both very technical with emphasis on form. Never judge a book by it's cover. These guys REALLY know their craft and are as strong as hell because of it. Inspiring.
