This is a big problem for bigger dudes. I'm currently 114 kg and hydration is already starting to become a big issue. When I wake up I have to drink 2-4 liters of water before I train since otherwise my performance suffers. In total I need about 5-8 liters of water a day. Eddie is quite a bit bigger so for him it must be a massive problem to deal with. Lucky for me I will never get close to his weight.
@@david199508 Joking aside your right, I was once 116kg and thanks to keto im now 74kg but with keto hydration/electrolytes are extremely important for me, im always carrying a 2,2l jug about with me in the car or my work van, just filling it up as I need to.

I am 6'. all this about being too tall to deadlift and not being able to go heavy, is just an excuse to suit up like a total gimp....gloves, straps, belts and knee straps. Simple, if you can't lift it.....then don't!! You can build strength more in your lower back by NOT wearing a belt, people rush up the weights, why?? Build your strength up slowly and properly
knee straps, wrist straps or belts just proves that you are over your limit.......how many of these idiots have knee, back or shoulder surgery every year........eh all of them
Poor paddy. Would be amazing to train with these two but I'd be taking my rest between sets or exercises to order a wheelchair cause I wouldn't be able to walk for the next week or two. lol.
