I think the reason you struggle with using maximalist stuff like movie hangout because you’re afraid of making it “too busy”. You should try leaning more into it. Fill the place up with chaotic patterns, colors, and clutter. The weird and over the top stuff only looks weird and over the top because it’s surrounded by by more plain and neutral stuff.
I think the reason they didn't is because a majority of players have city living, and romantic garden was free a few months ago. not to mention people would've been furious because of how broken wedding stories was/is. they need to make money, and the features that come with these packs bring a lot of new date options and gameplay! ^^
@@remicelyn8902excluding broken packs also explains why they didn’t include dine out. compared to movies and bowling, dining is a way more recognizable/classic date activity but we know how that pack is
@@simplymonica6888 If you think about it, the bundle is not so random. It was definitely created for upcoming EP, and they mentioned one of its main features will be planning dates. It can get pretty boring if you don’t own many packs, so they created this bundle where you can get lots of activities for less money 🤔

I think this is a good concept. I definitely think you should do more builds using the EA-made bundles as the pack combo so people can get an idea of which bundle might be best for them. Especially during sales. (I agree that this bundle is a kinda weird combo though)
I agree the build a bundle is great but I like the idea of themed bundles with kits as well. In a perfect world we’d get a free kit with the build a bundle but c’est la vie
Tbh the name “Get dating” makes sense to me because it’s like places and things to go dating. Bowling dates, movies at home date and a cafe date in an old European town? Idk but it made sense to me

I think because she is a builder her mind goes there and also mostly thinks of making residential lots, but this would have been a great chance to use these packs to make a perfect date community lot!
yeah i think the logic holds up too. i honestly found the vibes really cute when the build items are put together. bright, flowery, modernist decor in an old quaint house? that's like the dream.

I would really like to see a traditional tudor house with a more closed off floorplan as it is very common in Germany. Only in newer houses we have somewhat open floorplans but we have generally more closed off spaces. Especially the kitchen is seperate to prevent smells in the rest of the house. Though, it could be a bit weird in the Sims.

Movie Hangout and Bowling Night really make me happy as packs because EVEN KAYLA, THE QUEEN OF NEUTRALS, FRIGHTENED BY BOLD COLORS, has at least some options to build a house more to her liking.
honestly i really like this bundle. i bought it last night, and ive never owned any of these packs previously other than get together. im really enjoying how many more date spots there are. super fun, even if theyre a little...mixed style-wise

I think romantic garden and wedding stories get bought more often than the older packs (I only started playing recently and have only bought newer packs because the older ones have way less content/not worth price) so it's smarter for them to bundle the ones that most people won't already have or would only buy if the price was greatly reduced. I wouldn't have ever bought these packs otherwise lmao
Besides the irl practical reasons people mentioned, it’s possible they are also drawing a distinction between “going on a date” activities and packs and “planning a wedding” activities and packs. Going to a bowling alley or movie theater, or cafe or nightclub (all lots from the packs in the bundle) are common places to go on a date. It’s less common to take a new date out to a wedding chapel.
Challenge idea, each room is a different world, you have to build in the style of the world you spin for each room and this includes the exterior of the room (possibly the roof but idk how well that would work)
I know this bundle is probably for date activities more than anything with the bowling and like the DJ booth for like a nightclub but it definitely is a weird build combo so props to you for even attempting it 😂

This might be one of my favorite exteriors I've seen you do! (I'm not saying the interior is bad, but these packs are a difficult combination to work with.)
Sometimes I wonder if you memorized every lot the sims have xD could be a funny idea for a quiz, guessing where a lot is? Or maybe a boring idea, no clue, but I remember the Sims Geoguessr being really fun!
I liked the super modern window u had on the black box of the house, maybe u could make a super modern desert home for it? like base the whole build around it
This would be such a rad layout for a haunted house if you styled it differently. Or funnier to style the bottom floor the same and just have a spooky attic lol.
Love the build!! You really brought the packs together. But I totally agree that this is a random bundle of packs... I've also noticed that the new Lovestruck pack is $70 NZD - I am speechless!! New expansions are usually $50 NZD. This is the most expensive pack that I've seen, so I'd be expecting some big stuff to come from it. Which I'm sure won't be the case.
I love this build! I never would have put these packs together. For a future video please could you do another build with these packs but make like a converted old tutor style build a cinema/bowling alley inside I think that would be so cool to have in windenburg
Okay so I know it’s kinda a silly ask but I would love to see a video where you intentionally use every single pack, kit, etc to make a house. I think it’d be pretty challenging to make it cohesive and I think it would be a really fun watch! Anyways keep up the amazing production and thanks for sharing your creativity with the world!
One of my friend got the sims 4 for Hanukkah this year from a friend, but the gift was the packs Dream Home decorator, cats and dogs, and Dine out. Her friend said she picked those 3 because they are her fave packs.
Oh my god. This is perfect for my plum gen. I wanted to move her to windenburg and do ye aulde style house with modern box (like cottage living/bramblewood/henford of bagely has but windenburg style) And the purple glass on the door 😍
I think building a community lot would’ve been better to showcase the items from each pack! But you still did great with what you had (or lack there of)

Im just gunna say it! The mom who would own this house *definitely* would have a son who loves bowling And i also loved bowling as a kid, on a league and everything! 😅
As an Xbox player, I get excited over new bundles because we can’t build our own. Even if it’s not something I probably will purchase (like this one because I already have get together) I do like getting new bundles.
