“I don’t like ghost pouches cause they feel cheap.” I don’t understand this. Been using them for several years and I’ve broken two. Belt mount was fine in both cases. The pouch itself is $5 so I have a bag full of them and it takes all of three minutes to switch one out. But by all means keep buying $100 pouches to keep the price of these down.
It's great that these take all kind of mags. I've run single stack 1911 as well as double stack CZ and Glock mags through these without changing anything and it works fantastic.
Ive treid just about all the ones on the market multiple times and always go back to Ghost pouches. They fit all the mags ive ever tried, are lefty friendly, amd you can set them up for bullets out.
Used them for a couple of years now, and I love them with shadow 2 mags. Now that I’m in standard with a 2011, the bigger mags are not as smooth, but for normal size mags they’re awesome
@@chrisgasperini nothing truly bad, it’s just not as smooth as the same pouch with smaller CZ mags, since you can’t use the same leaf springs to hold the mag in place. I had to use one of the plastic screws and it’s less smooth on the release. For a universal pouch it makes a lot of sense to be optimised for the more standard dimensions of the cz (and other similar) mags. To be clear, it’s just a smaller feeling thing, the pouches are absolutely usable and I still compete with them with no problem, but now that I’m putting together a dedicated standard rig, I’m going with DAA pouches, keeping the Ghost ones for the production rig
I do like these as well. I used them for production since I shot production in the high cap era and needed many reloads and they were cheap. I got racemasters and while they are good as well………I really don’t see any advantage of the racemaster over the ghosts. I just use the racemasters now cause they are on my belt. I recommend new shooter get ghosts as well.
Dara is for competition mostly (they're clamshell). I used KYWI pouches for the USPSA match today. I've used Tacos for multi gun as well, so yeah. Ben talking about his favorite mag holders and I commented my favorites. No reason to be rude about it@@hollowpoint45acp
