Chisel and Bits in the hands of Keralis, BDubs, and Scar is going to be incredible to watch! I hope they do live streams or videos of them just doing detail work. It's like watching someone painting a masterpiece!

Hey Keralis. Little tip for your water wheels. If you turn them around, so the "shovels" on it are directed the other way round, you get way more power out of them. Another little tip, if you wanna get the most Power out of Water Wheels, is to encase them somewhere underground completely and put a piece of Soul Sand "behind" the wheel (water source - wheel - soul sand). If you then put another bucket of water onto the soul sand, it pushes the water up (bubble elevator style) and that turns the wheels a LOT quicker ;)

Keralis, the toolbox is even better than you think. If you hold down the allocated key (default 'alt' I think) then it brings up a UI where you can remotely select items from nearby toolboxes. When you do this, a stack of up to 32 will be put in the hotbar space that automatically refills the toolbox if you get more, and automatically pulls more from the toolbox as you use them. You can then put all linked Hotbar spaces back into the toolbox using the UI. When doing so, it also sends any other stacks of the same items in your inventory to the box. Finally, you can lock the spaces so that when you run out, it still remembers what item should go there, and when you send everything back, it will refill the slot. It's an incredible tool that makes building machines so much faster and easier. Honestly, I think its the solution to the inventory issue in vanilla.

I'm so excited for this series! you 5 are a dream team for this modpack. Tango's engineering, Zed's... Zedaphy-ness, and the 3 master builders who will each bring Chisel&Bits and Create to new levels in their individual ways.

I love the ivy, I gasped so loud after the cut revealed it, it's so pretty! Also I don't know how wide the trains are, but I think you should have a bit more sideways space for them when they pass each other

@ keralisis, the schemicannon does clear blocks. a common method among veterans is to have a huge schematic with just 1 block, and then you can clear a big area for your build in 1 second, with minimal cost of gunpowder (for 1 block). The only downside is that you don't get the resources. oh and you have to tell the cannon to delete existing blocks, otherwise it will ignore them

You know it's gonna be a good series when it starts with Keralis 3D-printing a starter base

Yay another modded series! Your Attack of the BTeam series was one of my favorites series you ever did! Can't wait to see what you'll do.

I wish vanilla would put in the ability to sit and a few more furniture recipes. It’s a quality of life thing that really adds to the atmosphere of the game.

Quick tips you can reuse the same book over and over for different schematic, and if you put it back in it check materials no need to put another one

I love mods that *enhance* the vanilla experience. Like you can still tell it's minecraft just...better and with more options.

This is the first Keralis video I've watched and I wasn't expecting all of the noises, but now that I know they're a thing I love them

Keralis, an idea: how about chiselling out the mortar pixels in the brick blocks? so that you can have fully... brick textured bricks that stick out a little! For extra detail, you could chisel out the mortar on SOME of the brick blocks but leave one face smooth so it looks like the station got it tuck pointed!

I haven't been able to come on RU-vid in almost 8 months. I'm so out of touch with hermitcraft, so I'm happy to see a new maybe series that I can get into while I catch up to hermitcraft.

OH MY GOD! That train station exterior is GORGEOUS KERALIS, JUST LIKE YOU! WOW! I completely undersell chisels and bits because I always get swept up in other mod activities but holy cow thank you for opening my eyes on how amazing it can be! You're gonna be the king of decoration on this server! I can't wait to see what you do! You're so inspiriing!

Remember that when placing bending tracks, if you hold down the sprint button it will smooth out the bend. It defaults to making the smallest, tightest bend which can be a bit jarring when riding on trains, so this makes everything a lot smoother. You can also have blocks in your offhand to automatically place blocks under potentially floating rails. Importantly with this, if you have metal girders in your offhand, it will follow the curves of the track. Also, as much as I love the house and the view, I worried that making the train line up and down the mountain will be troublesome. While Create trains are much better at slopes than real ones, they're still not the best. Perhaps look into building a train elevator? (It is possible, I've done it)

I love WBC Builds it's so cool to see him get a shout out from a Hermit, my current base is set in 1930s but the older part of the City is more Georgían and Victorian Era, and his videos have helped me learn that style so much.

Hey Keralis, welcome to the Create mod :D So the schematicanon does replace stuff in the world and will clear out blocks if set properly. You also can reuse the materials books in the schematicanon, it will rewrite the book with an updated list. Water wheels are best used with water flowing over them rather than just under them, and the blades are more efficient when pointed into the streams, yes this is accoutned for in Create. What most people do is they have water flow over the top, drop down one side, and flow back underneath to get the maximum efficiency out of the wheels. The wrench from Create can also instantly break items and the items will be placed directly into your inventory. A good example where that would've been best used was when you placed the blaze cage thing (I forget what it's called) by accident. When rotating items with your wrench, think of what side you're looking at when rotating. That side you're looking at will remain where it is while the rest of the item rotates around that side. Basically, you're looking at the axis you want to rotate on. The toolboxes I haven't used a lot myself, but I do know they can be set to refil items in your inventory as you use them while they are placed on the ground. There is a range to them so keep them nearby, but it's very useful for when you are building to have extra space. Another tip I can offer is look into the create rotation speed controller. Once you have brass you should make one of these so you can more easily adjust the speed of your builds without needing to gear up/down. You can fine-tune the speed controller with your wrench and shift-scrollwheel the number on the side. Something cool about the Create trains is like Scar's house, you can build the trains as you like. Only instead of using a minecraft like what Scar has, you can use big, proper wheels. There's quite a bit you can do with Create trains, from making schedules, having train block logic, even utilizing mobs as train conductors to automatically make the train follow the schedule.

I'm loving it! You do need more girth for your trains though and those tracks are too close to the building and each other to have anything other than a super narrow train :)

Quick Tip: If you are unsure how something works in Create. Hit "w" to ponder overtop of the item in the JEI. Brings up a great animation to explain how the device works.

I absolutely LOVE the Create Mod too. Enough said. No words can describe making your own trains and seeing them working like… ooh… it’s a dopamine rush every time you open the world. Good luck with your own railway endeavors.

Love the station! A good tip for keeping realism with the rails is to have at least 1 block of space between the tracks instead of having them right next to each other. Also try and keep the curves/grades shallow and gentle. Keep up the great work!

This is absolutely gorgeous!! Trains and gears scratch my brain real nice and the aesthetics of the station are beautiful!! I love all the detailing :)

I'm loving all the videos from this mod already. Tango having that big drill, Papa K have this symanthic something, Scar with his moving house, Bdub discovering about the building stuff and Zedaph about the automated farming. CHOO CHOO! I'm so excited, because up until now I'd only seen Zedaph's first Create series and the contraptions he made. I never thought this mod would work so well for building details too, so I'm really looking forward to seeing more!

It looks amazing so far! I'm also impressed that you managed to setup the rail stuff so quickly after starting. Also, flip the waterwheels! They work in the wrong direction, but they're faster and stronger in the correct direction. As for the funnels, they don't have a direction, the belts determine whether items are put into or taken out of an inventory.
