listening to new music so quick makes my brain hate it. i listened to 4 albums of the same artist that i hadn’t heard before in like 3 days and i now hate the artist and i don’t remember any of it 😂
You should really listen to the rest of Anderson Paak's discography. Venice is his worst album (still good though) and sounds very different from his other work.
If you're interested in stepping a little into the metal genre, I would highly recommend the progressive rock/metal album The Fox and the Bird by OK Goodnight. It's a highly underrated and spectacular concept album.
I get Clancy being on C tier because that was definitely an album more for the fans with the lore and everything, but I hope you could give a second chance listening to Vessel or Blurryface! Other than that such a GREAT rating, I think it was super fun and I completely agree with not overwhelming yourself with discographies or forcing yourself to listen to an album when you’re not in the mood, it kinda ruins the experience so anyway, hope to see more of your videos soon!!
I really don't want to come off as a hater but this selection is just... weird? Like why would you turn this in to a challenge if the challenge is just listening to music normally as someone who already listens to a lot of albums? The albums aren't focused enough to offer a deep dive in any particular genre/artist/time period neither are they varied enough to be a wide array of different sounds so like what's the point
i do address tht in the video if u keep watching! but yea i get where ur coming from. i felt the same but i also knew that trying anything crazy diff would just be overwhelming especially if i planned on reviewing them. i couldve been more ambitious but overall im happy with the middle ground i landed on
