Wow, thanks for the video! I’ve been there couple of times and I have to say that it was one of the best times I ever had. Went there after I broke up from a very long relationship and yes the place is a gem! It makes me forget and let go of things I shouldn’t hold on to. This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RU-vid channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,572 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I’ve been to a silent retreat in Portugal that was much harsh. 10 days, no talkings, no readings, no phones, 9 hours meditation combined, staff not allowed to talk to us, After 10 days I was a new person. Changed my life!
