Hi! Just wanted to say hello to a fellow OG... I started watching Erik when he'd only been doing it for about 6 months, I guess? Think he had ~5000 subs when I got in. I was a huge fan of his personal story telling in those early days, I remember thinking: phooph!, this guy is so gifted, and talented, and insightful- he'll go far in life! It's cool that after so many years, he's still a part of this platform, sharing different things, so we're able to keep up with him in some form. I personally vibed way more with his more intimate storytelling than the luxury real estate stuff, but it's always great every once in a while he'll give us something like this!
