Soph i had the same realisation recently about how little i move so i started this yoga series in youtube and i think you’d love it! Its super easy to do from home, you dont have to be super bendy like people think its just 20 minutes of really nice stretches etc and the girl makes it totally easy for people at any level of fitness and from day to day it gets mixed up from easy moves to some more core based exercised its brilliant! If i can do it trust me you can do it, if you want to that is😂☺️ the channels called yoga with adriene and im doing her dedicate series but her first episode is 1 hr long so feel free to skip that one if it seems too long but its great! ☺️
