A lot of you are wondering if i managed to sleep in the day (sorry i probably should've done an update in the video) I managed to sleep for a few hours & when i woke up i felt so much worse hahaha! Luckily that night i managed to sleep at my normal time though... so this didn't mess up my sleep pattern ❤️
Omg i'm literally filming a video soon where i turn myself into different versions of old sophie for a week! So Monday i'm going to be Sophie age 12, Tuesday i'm going to be Sophie age 15 and i'll do a different age for each day of the week! I've already ordered all the stuff for it so i'll hopefully film it next week ❤️

I'm a Nurse and I have to work shifts including nights and omg I would never ever do another all nighter in my own time again 😂 I get to sleep at 9am after nights so god knows how you lasted until 12!
I feel your pain I'm a support worker and have to do night shifts. Took me a while to get the right sleep routine in the day to be able to stay up all night but I think I've nailed it. It's hard, take my hat off to soph seen as she doesn't have to do this on the regular

I think you should do a video where you go round the Tk maxx makeup sections, find the best makeup you can or be blind folded while trying to find makeup & try to do a full face, then review them all. Because I know some Tk maxx’s can be quite messing and it’ll be a good video to watch I also haven’t seen anyone else doing it x
I do this regularly a few months a year. I work nights for a month at a time and it’s a killer. I definitely know how tired you must’ve been and how hard it is to sleep during the day

For a super easy workout I highly, highly recommend Holly Dolke's 1000 steps in 7 minutes! I used to do that as part of my nightly workout for two months straight not long ago. I need to start again but I've been lazy. 😅

I worked midnight shift for 5.5years meaning I had to live during the night through the week, change over to live during the day on weekends, then back over to nights again for the week, etc. It's hard at first, but you get used to it fairly quickly
When my husband worked night shift I used to swap to night on weekends. It was very difficult only doing it for a few days at a time then having to do work on the Monday.
