@@user-fr8fw8gx3z Алексей .The battery (BMS board) was protected. When you press the button, the indicator segments begin to flash in pairs. In this case, the battery is not charged, and the charger indicates a faulty battery. The original tool doesn't work either. 1) SOLUTION. It was possible to remove the battery from this state. You need to install and remove the battery 20-25 times into the Charger, without stopping (with a yellow connector) or into the original one or into a Chinese analogue with support for a test connector. After this procedure, this blinking went away (did not appear again). But the BMS board switched to a different state. When you press the indicator button, one left LED starts flashing 10 times. The battery also does not charge on the charger, the indication of a faulty battery turns on. 2) SOLUTION: To get out of this state, I unsoldered the board from the batteries, shorted the plus and minus terminals only on the board itself, with a piece of wire, for 3-5 seconds, did this several times for reliability. I soldered the board back to the battery. The battery began to work as it should, as if it were in good working order.

分解したときに確認すれば良かったです😅 また確認してみます。 温度センサーは25度の時に10Kオームや100Kオームのものなどがあるようです。

コメントありがとうです。 温度センサーに変えたのは安全性をあげるという感じの理由です。 まあ改造している時点で安全性も何もないし、センサーもセルに接触しているとは言いがたいのでダミーのままでもいいかもしれません。

はんだ吸い取り機のことでしょうか？電動じゃ無くてもはんだ吸い取り線や手動タイプでも出来ると思います。 修理頑張ってください！

温度センサーが中々手に入らないですね。抵抗を着けるしか無いですよね。コーキングで防水対策した方が良いと思いますか

@@user-hi1dn5id2m 修理したものはバッテリーが熱いときには充電しない方がいいと思います。僕は防水対策はしませんでした😅

バッテリー3個全部治りました。新品も3個有るので熱くなる事は無いですね。ただ治したやつは記しをして管理したいと思いますか。防水としてコーキングもしました。ありがとう御座いました

確かに😅 印刷が消えたりするからやってはいけないと思いつつパーツクリーナーで洗浄することが多いです。

僕の個人的な見解では充電器に刺した瞬間に赤緑点滅で充電不可になるパターンのやつが多いです。 温度センサー不良系は少ないかもしれません。

自分も壊れたバッテリーあるので見てみたら赤点滅で、直したいのですが、純正温度センサーが手に入らない場合、何か代替えの温度センサーはどれが良いでしょうか？今探しています！
