fun fact, nakadashi (中出し) is actually comprised of 2 words: 1. 中 (naka) which has a handful of meanings and readings but in this context means "inside". 2. the verb 出す (dasu, not deru, which uses the same kanji) in its masu-stem (連用形) form. the verb itself has many meanings, but in this context it basically means to "take out/get out". when you combine these two words, you get something along the lines of "to [take out/get out] inside", thus creampie. the fact that 出す is in its masu-stem form makes it both a noun (referring to the creampie itself) and a する verb (referring to the action).

And also most of these RU-vidrs that make clips of vtuber moments have these terms and conditions on their vids descriptions or comments that tell you how to act when watching Vtuber's streams which Ive only seen done for these types of RU-vidrs.

​@bigkusa 53 I'd get the joke for almost any other vtuber, but it just doesn't work for Tamaki. He's one of the few vtubers that we *know* who's voicing them, and she's a woman. Even the Twitter account is named Norio/Tamaki.
