I buy blind Disney bags and packages when I can get them cheap and store them away with all the Disney items I've bought through the years for my daughters to sell after I'm gone. Today was my 48th wedding anniversary. I celebrated it by going away with my daughter.

Ken Wilson (artist) was our next door neighbor in Half Moon Bay when I was a little girl! He and his wife were my parents’ friends, and their son was my best friend! I have a lot of good memories of them! I actually have a sign he painted for my mom, and I’m sure there are still some of his paintings in my mom and dad’s house! Small world!
FYI....I am an artist that delivers sometimes large paintings to galleries. I drive a Prius. I have good luck transporting the paintings (like 40x40") inside my car by sliding them along the floor of the back seat...standing up...they fit even if the back seats are down. They won't fit in the opening of the hatchback, but this works.

Id rather see the sold for prices. I can find things listed for a wide range of prices but the ones that have sold is whats important. I would have gotten the guitar shaped cake pan....rare

I like large community sales. But I just don’t do individual yard sales. I don’t like the driving around to find them…only to find once I get there it’s mostly personal junk and kids toys. While I’m on a roll 🙄 …also not into digging through a person’s stuff while they watch and feeling pressured to make uncomfortable chit chat. And I especially don’t like having to ask prices. Ugh! Just not my jam. 🤷🏻♀️🤣

He spends so much preparing to do real estate and all the things that you have to buy and if you don’t sell a house then you’re losing money!
