“So G fuel cancels my contract but I never liked their product anyway very chalky”…. Gets a new sponsorship with a new energy drink called gamer subs “this drink is actually really nice I like the designs and it’s not as as chalky as G fuel”….. never trust a RU-vidrs recommendations Watch several reviews from several different reviewers and make your own mind up.

This is what’s frustrating about RU-vid sponsorships. It erodes any trust subscribers have in even their favorite RU-vidrs. RU-vidrs tell us how much their followers mean to them for supporting their channel, then flat out lie to us about the quality of a product to collect a paycheck. Then as soon as the paycheck stops we hear “Well it wasn’t that great of a product anyway”. So how are we ever supposed to believe anything you say anymore about any sponsor? Is Raycom actually as awesome as you claim? Or are we going to hear their earbuds aren’t that great once they stop sponsoring you also? No matter how much you love a RU-vidr’s channel, you cannot believe anything they say about a sponsored product. Only unsponsored videos have any validity whatsoever.

Probably wasn’t smart to say gfuel wasn’t that great of a product. You sold it to your viewers for years saying how great it was…….so either you lied to us for money or you’re being petty because they screwed you.

At my work, I recently had a big change and a health scare, and then I had trouble sleeping on top of having a really depressing nightmare - for some reason, this video put me at ease. The bubbly personality of these videos is really uplifting, and I'm glad Kim talks as much as she does now too, compared to the older vids.

Just a good advice: never, NEVER tell bad about your former sponsors... Imagine: what is the message for the future sponsors? "If I end up supporting him, he will start to trashtalk". In public, just say thank you and let it go.

Honestly good on you for choosing another main sponsor, i never care about sponsorships if it is a big income source for the certain creator! Edit: Please do not contact these spam bots in the comments, i reported it btw.

Like everyone else is saying about the sponsorship, it is always about the money, never the truth. Also the same when youtubers say they "love you". They don't love you, they don't even know you. They love the revenue you bring in.

I mean, the shakers don't need to be thrown out, their still probably really useful shakers. If yoy don't like the Gfuel branding, you can always use some rubbing alcohol with a high ABV to remove the g fuel branding from them.

Ok, so the reason you're no longer working with GFuel is because they dropped you (or just didn't renew the contract, same dif) so instead of just quietly moving on, you make a video crapping on them and their product (a product that up until now you raved about) then announce a new sponsorship with a rival product and expect us to believe that you're going to be totally honest about the new one? You didn't even take a high ground moral stance against them. THEY dropped YOU, which suggests that had they not, you would still be working with them and telling us all to buy it. It's like you got dumped by a girlfriend and only then are saying that you never even liked her anyway. It's just bitter and immature. This was a hissy fit and it's a bad look. I get you have to make content but this video could have just been 1) New Sponsor announcement (with no mention of GFuel) + 2) room tour. It's like when Nintendo dropped you as an ambassador and you made 3 videos about it, you sook. I will never buy this new sponsor's product because I can't trust your opinion on them.

Nintendo gone, GFuel gone, and in 7 months we will get another video saying how bad this new Gamer Subs is too you.

Right now I’m feeling a little down I have an aweful bacteria that caused me to temporarily lose sight on my left eye so it’s been hard. I had just finally gotten my switch oled (I had a switch light but gave it to my daughter cause I discovered she’s a gamer) and so it’s been hard playing my oled with one eye. If it's acceptable to show off a PhD, it's acceptable to show off other important achievements. Glad you have them and, who knows, 10 mil could happen. I think your content could make it happen eventually. As they say, never say never. However, I wouldn't make that the entire focus because that's additional stress. I, at least, appreciate purple being their authentic selves and having fun.

I had ordered a tubs from gfuel last month. Both tubs showed up absolutely smashed. It wasn’t gfuels fault. But the customer support email was no help, basically sent a auto reply saying don’t email this email. I immediately wrote off gfuel. I’m glad you found something else that is better. Just ordered the samples and can’t wait to try them! Love the videos and podcast! Stay awesome!

Why not create a seamless wall of Switch game cases that have your favorite cover art? A bit of sticky tack on each of the back 4 corners should be enough to hang them while also allowing you to remove them as needed without damaging the walls or the case itself. That way you kill 2 birds with one stone: you have a place to put more games and you can display the artwork you like instead of just the standard red spine. Maybe even arrange the rows by the cover art's main color and create a rainbow effect.
