This guy lied to us...😢.He sold us 'story za jaba' and then they all went into hiding. They switched off their phones, they closed their offices and left town. People committed suicide....especially those who had borrowed money to invest in the project 😕. This man should come clean and tell us what they did with our money 😢😢. Good sweet talking marketer. This guy can sell anything. But at 29 I have come to learn the sweeter and the more detailing the story is there is a thin line of untapped happenings you dont know about the persons character. But I can tell he will make money on his real estate Co. I also loved the fact that he is streets smart with knowledge and experience.
At an hout mark, there is no question he is answering comprehensively. Bankers with credit orientation are very reserved. I would take his stories with a pinch of salt, he can swindle with words.

Yes indeed....people lost a lot of money in the greenhouses project with Diamond properties merchants where the guest was a marketer...not only was the project a scam, people are also trying to regain their plots through courts.... Never, got the title deeds and there is still a lot of back and forth with the banks, the courts etc just a lot of mess they got investors into... Cant even waste my time listening to whatever he has to say....
Mr. Edwin just smart. Period. Man could sale hit and surpass targets. I saw it. At that time mentor said best CEOs have had a stint in Sales, Customer experience and finance. He really, surely went for it.

This guy has answers to everything and overexplaining stuff in no logical manner. The difference between him and mtu wa jaba is the sleaky suit. That's a profile of someone you should be weary about. Hes talking of big money and never explains how to get it apart from inheritance. His back story also doesn't make sense 😂

I bought 1 plot and 2 greenhouses @1.2M. I know someone who had 6 plots and 12 greenhouses. They also had some sort of 'Money Market Fund'. I lost in total about 3 million
When the going gets tough, the tough get going….. Edwin basically has an aggressive monopolistic approach to business. Always on the lookout for opportunities, cash out on it and run before you burn. It’s also partly due to taking advantage of inaction from others. It requires a lot of grit
