as a young mom of two (I’m 23 with a 2&3 year old) it’s really nice to hear someone my age talk about this and from a perspective of being overweight. I feel like most gym girls were always fit and just maintained their fitness and physique. Something I really struggle with is feeling like I’ll never achieve my goals and it often discourages me to the point of giving up because my body is different and I’ve had children. But I just have to remind myself like, if you’re putting in the work, you will see results. Maybe it will take more work or more time but the result will come. Anyway, thank you for this video! yea girl I agree! and that’s why I felt lead to make this bc I have been through the whole cycle of starting and giving up, binge eating, no motivation etc. I pray this encourages you but ALSO. Your body created 2 humans, that alone is so beautiful. ❤ Thankyou for sharing that with me!!

this is my perspective on health: so the Lord created us to do His will on this earth. God also tells us that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. so wouldn’t the Lord want us to physically take care of ourselves so we have more time and are physically able to do His will. when we abandon our health we aren’t able to do so many things especially good things. so long life = more time to do good things for Jesus!

I'm a former karate athlete who sustained way too many injuries. Prolonged time in recovery has gotten me to a point where I can't muster whatever it takes to go back to it, but I'm trying. I bought myself a yoga mat and I'm committing myself to a 10min session. I feel really happy when I pass through that threshold of failure and break a sweat. Can't wait to do more.

I am 16 years old, and I deal with lots of autoimmune diseases and I have a really hard time. I am starting with healthy eating and exercising, but it has been really hard for me to lose weight and stay consistent with my diet. Thank you for sharing and please be praying for me

try carnivore. it can put almost any conditions into remission. it's basically a miracle diet and has saved a lot of lives

Hi. So I've dealt with chronic pain. The things that helped the most was taking out Inflammatory foods that took out about 80% of the pain . Than exercising took away about 15%. With exercises I do a few thing. Do something every day, make it a habit. For me when I'm not feeling great it might get changed to just a walk or stretching. Trying to spend more time outside on those day. I just find somewhere to sit or lay down. Might even do a grounding technique that you kind of tense up a part of your body for a little bit and take think about what you are feeling in you body than release your body think about what has changed. Starting with your forehead and working down. Yes you could skip a part if you have bad pain there.

@@pamm2652 Thanks...I've found a type of exercising that seems to work for me, and I know what foods I should and shouldn't eat, I just have a really hard time staying consistent with my diet when everyone around me is eating junk

Awesome video girl!! I recommend DSG workout clothes from Dicks Sporting Goods. It’s good quality and affordable. The leggings are squat proof and don’t ever fall down when I’m running. I’ve had a similar fitness/ health journey and could not have done and continue to do it without God in my life.

I'm so glad that God brought me to your channel, Kyndel. I always look forward to seeing your videos. I have really been struggling with my body image and my weight. My weight has always fluctuated. About 3 years ago I lost a lot of weight and with life and stress i've gained a lot of weight back. Sometimes it's hard to find biblical perspective that you can relate to. And this video came right on time, right after my prayer time. I can feel the Holy Spirit working through you. So, thank you so much. Keep up the good work. May God bless you forever and ever. Ive had a lot of not so postive relationships with my body and other people bodyshaming me about it and so I’ve just been on a cloud 9 with God recently and He’s just reminding me how loved I am but also reminding me that I need to take care of the temple because the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit so this is just an amazing confirmation for me! I always wanted to work out just to look good too.. now I want to work out to still he’s look a bit “better” I hope to gain more muscle and look more fit but I just want to feel and be able to do things! I go on hikes with my dad and it’s a sad feeling to not be able to finish the hike! I wish this summer to be able to do it and explore the world!

Being honest with you Kyndel, i relate to you a lot. Im 16 and I used to binge eat as well. I also grew up in a household that we had to finish our food so i relate to that. I want to excersice and well your video has encouraged me to shift my pov on fitness. I thought that i have to be in a sport in order to motivate myself to excersice but i honestly don't like sports. Since im in school what do you recommend on excersicing?

I had twins almost 4 years ago and still struggle with my self image. I stress eat a lot and I’m always exhausted, I’ve been wanting to work out, may just try out some of that pre work out! Coffee just doesn’t seem to cut it anymore lol

I eat a wide range of everything! I post what I eat in a days on TT! but im gonna start posting them on YT shorts! my goal is to eat foods that make m feel good but also to be realistic I crave certain foods and im okay with an upset stomach hahaha

To get results, and I mean it in a nice and helpful/ sister in Christ way) get diagnosed by a therapist and go to therapy. I've been through it all girl I'm the same age as you and your tips are what I am currently doing. Glory to God you exist 😊❤❤❤❤thanksss love who you are not what people expect you to be, Be BOLD 🎉

I do feel that modesty is a personal conviction. I don't think it is anyones job to tell someone what to wear. There are things I don't wear anymore bc I found myself wearing it for the wrong intentions and there are things I wear that people like to disagree on. I truly believe that if you ask the Holy Spirit to guide you about what is "modest" He will help you!
