This was exactly my journey from 59 kgs to 50 last year. I follow the same routine till now along with yoga and meditation and yes my life has changed completely 😊
Yes It's easier if you're determined and persistence comes along nicely Whether it's yoga diet or meditation Disciplined mind is important Remember you are the one who controls your mind not the other way around and when that happens see your life changing magically I am always learning and it never exhaust the mind 😊
This is exactly what I follow and I've got great results. Lots of fruits in the morning for breakfast, simple lunch with loads of raw vegetables, coconut water or green vegetable juice in the evening and one light item for dinner. Recently, I came across an article that said you shouldn't consume litchis on an empty stomach. It could be fatal. I've eaten a bowl full of litchis on an empty stomach and didn't die, but I got terribly sick and had to rest it out. So be careful consuming this particular fruit on an empty stomach.

Eating less or dieting is one of the option for weight loss.. One cannot always eat such diet foods throughout lifetime to maintain healthy weight? Having normal food with exercise is fool proof I think
@ToLearn There is no such thing as "diet foods". All foods are just energy and nutrient sources. How you incorporate them in your calorie budget is the lifestyle choice.
I need hot/ warm cooked food for breakfast. It’s comforting and feels good for my body. Raw food can be bloating for some and not everyone’s cup of tea. Also as soon as you wake up having sweet fruits is also not to my liking. I like savoury food better. Few of the other ideas are good though. Enjoy watching your videos.
Interesting and Enlightening Video on Diet. Detailing is just awesome. There are minute details like while eating, just concentrate on eating and enjoy eating not to watch TV or phone. She described controlled eating in such a healthy way & not like other fitness youtubers who give toxic diet advice. We should also cherish the fact that we are so lucky to get a balanced healthy food to eat . We have so much of abundant food that we think of controlling ourselves to not eat more . On the other hand , people in poor countries of Africa and Asian country North Korea people are dying due to lack of food . People in North Korea survive on insects like grasshoppers , cockroaches, butterflies to feed upon . Let's be grateful once for the privilege we got . 😊
Spectacular video Anita! Love your approach to your diet, healthy, colorful, and simple. No wonder you were able to lose the 6 kg in 30 days. One thing I'd change is to move the fruit to some time after a savory meal (the nuts or brunch). This way you don't get the morning glucose spike. It will help keep your energy stable throughout the day and keep you going. P.s Love the editing, need to get on your level haha. Keep them coming!
As a dietician I can only say it's not just the short eating window that help weight loss Weight loss is governed by so many factors so one size doesn't fit all Basically it's the number of cals going in and if we are able to mind that combined with exercise should help manage weight
Nice motivational video. I am 100% vegetarian ( don’t consume eggs). I would say am eating sensible two meals and good amount of nuts and fruits. Also I do doing yoga three times per week and two times mixed cardio. The biggest problem I am facing is having chai ( made with milk) first thing in the morning around 8:30 am with nuts. I can’t change this habit. I think this is the biggest problem I am facing in weight loss.

You actually ate well enough incorporating all macros and micros! I would not call this a diet, it’s quite well-balanced food habit to me! How amazing you lost 6 kilos in a month even after eating all these each day. Surely even after eating similar and 5 days of workout, I wouldn’t lose 6 kilos in a month. Every body is different.

I have one question, I hear a lot about vegetarianism being key when doing yoga and I'm wondering why? Why vegetarianism and not veganism? If it is a cultural thing could you explain? Hey Alex! Traditionally cows have been an inseparable part of many households in India. The cows that are tended to become so close to the humans that they can even sense illness and pain that their humans are going through. The cow milk has also become a part of the daily lives of these people. But of course, in modern day industry it is not this pure cow milk that we get. And thus it is with great caution that people who are aware of this source the milk they drink. Pure desi breed cow milk is what is best :) To progress on the spiritual path, one must be lite in all aspects of existence, first and foremost being the body. Meat sits in the intestine for up to 72 hours before passing through the body. It creates heaviness and lethargy, and associated thoughts in the mind. I have personally experienced this as I started meditating and doing yoga more and more. Will definitely make a video about this soon ♥️

Have been on this diet for over a year but only lost two kgs. I also do home workouts 6 days a week. I have no medical issues. Losing weight only by dieting doesn't help me. Only gym helps me.
There is no need of gym you can lose weight exercising at your home I'm doing it right now I have lost almost 5 kg 2 kg pr month no strict diet just normal
@@komal927 it's okey to go to the gym if one enjoys it! Weights make your bones stronger and reduce fat while improving muscle density! One can do home workout if they are comfortable that way and same applies to to gym too.....some people just do it better in an environment like a gym.

Dear one, You aren't starving yourself to get rid of that stubborn fat from your body. You are Just being able to see the magic of your own body and it's metabolism when it gets treated the right way. Movement is very necessary for the body to lose fat, if you not incorporating any kind of movements yet being able to lose 6 kgs weight just in a month from diet then that's a problem, cause then we know that you have starved yourself in all of this while. Here, you are having a proper wholesome, nutritious meal all throughout the day just by making some concious changes in what you eat. And that's how it works. You won't see any side effects but definitely a boost of energy within yourself. ❤

Nae to saari maehnat barbad ho jayegi. Bhut maehnat lgta hai weight loss krne mai.
Tell me anyone please it's a humble request that i am on my Weightloss journey and so far I have lost around 4kgs in 13-14 days....i have visible results from my pcos getting better to my period being regular with my skin glowing and overall i feel happy nowadays plus no weakness....but people everywhere kept on saying you are losing too much weight really fast..it's not good for health and you are gonna gain it back....i am taking 1000 calories diet (deficit of 300 calories) with 20 min workout and 1 hour of brisk walking with proper hydration and food full of protein and fiber..i don't feel any hunger except these 1000 calories...i have so many positive changes going on inside and out on my body....am i doing it right?please tell me anyone 😅

What a lovely well put together video. I also do IF, with alternate day fasting. Like I eat normally one day and only water for 36 hrs. I will definitely try your suggestions on my eating days. It's interesting that your video is exactly 11.11 mins duration. Perfection.
@@Aurora_Norway2000 I just eat normally one day. Then next day i only drink water until breakfast time next to next day. Very simple. Around 36 hrs of only water. Sometimes I add pink rock salt to the water. That's all.

It is difficult to fast with tempting dishes all around but I just tell myself I will eat these tomorrow😄 I have done it on and off. This time I had started on 30th May. Yes I have lost around 5 kgs without any exercise. But please remember fasting is not only about weight loss. It has to be both a detoxification of body and soul.
Great. By Autophagy I lost around 6 kgs in 1 month by following even more simpler form. I was suffering from Rheumatoid Arthirities. No tests were detecting the same. I got rid of by gastric problem. This all abut the body science and intermittent fasting and autophagy.
