I thing the hardest thing in life that is losing weight for competition I also do this before any competition I know that how much hard but you also do your best keep it up champ you are my ideal

I won gold internacional competition in 2018. Now i train difernt Kind of tkd for People with disabillity (parataekwandoo). I list 5 kg in 2 weeks and ate alot of Chicken beaf....
