I lost all of my diamonds and other stuff in Royale High… 

I also just checked my email and yes, there are some users trying to login. They attempted to get in around late last night and I was unaware. And it’s weird that some of them are found in different countries (UK & Australia). Unfortunately they already set up a PIN so I can no longer changed my password, but I still have access on my Roblox account… Do know that I never violated any regulations and rule in the game (e.g cross trading) and never fall to any scams. I might start all over again and create a new Roblox account (not sure yet) and I’ll be very very careful this time. (UPDATE) I already fixed my Roblox account and set up my own PIN and more security. The only thing I have to wait is from Royale High themselves. I hope they could do something about this soon and bring back all my stuff! Also thank you all so much for the kind words and tips that you guys have given me for my current situation. It helps me a lot not just for my account, but to me in general. 🌷 Please also take this as a reminder for everyone to be careful on sharing your account and other info. If you find any suspicious activities in your account, take action as soon as possible before it’s too late. Be sure to set up any verification that is required in your account, because it will really help you protect your account from getting hack. I hope everyone has an amazing day ahead.

I feel really bad. As someone who lived this on different games I know how this feels like. All your hardwork and happiness is gone easily by someone who thinks its cool to do this. I wish you could change your password but as you said u cant. I'm so sorry.. this has happened to me too. I traded my halo (which i got from the fountain) for another, and after my account was hacked i had no halos at all 😭😭I hope you earn all your lost stuff back!

Send roblox support an email something like "I set up a pin code for my child's account but forgot it. Can you remove it? The user is x" and then they should send you an email thats automated and then you should receive an email from customer support (you can tell it's a real human because if i recall correctly they sign off with their name) and i cant really remember what else happened but i saved my account this way and make sure to set up a pin on ur own and change ur pass after this

Did u report it to rhvikes they should be able to look back and see who u traded last usually thats why I stay away from the trade hub
