The same thing happened to me where i received only 6k instead of 11k as my phone's exchange value almost 2 years ago and at that time i was surprised to see no video on RU-vid regarding this.

These executive always do this, say something at beginning of ticket and when the ticket is closed they do something different and say this is not not our policy. I had a similar experience, i knew what will actually happen still the executive told me different things, but in the end my assumptions were right, the thing that the executive told didn't happened.

Same thing happened to me when buying Samsung S21 FE, I lost 3K because I was promised 8K for exchange but got only 5K and the phone was out of stock so I could not cancel and reorder.

Views ka chakkar Babu bhaiyya views ka chakkar, every time there's mentioned that promotional amount is not refundable. And if you recorded a video of Amazon saying "Sorry we can't refund", why didn't you do the same for the first representative call. Don't make these videos just to justify that it wasn't your fault, why you dont just went to the OnePlus care centre to check the problem, they could've also troubleshooted the problem. Awaring people is another thing but blaming some corporate which mentioned things in their t&c for your fault is nonsense, if you're such an aware person why you didn't go through t&c before returning the phone?.

mera friend Amazon or Flipkart dono me kaam kar chuka hai or usne bola ki humare pass koi bhi authority nahi hoti return, replacement, account blocked or money problems me bas hum customer ka kat te hain matlab sirf jhoot bolte hai ki hum kar denge ye ho jayega everything is automatic jo hoga wo Amazon ka main server karega... sirf kuch doubt clear karte hain hum....😂😂😂😂

It’s much better to avoid buying expensive items from these sites. Better pay 1-2k extra in offline or official store of the manufacturer and have peace of mind. This is the only reason I bought my iPhone from an offline retail shop and skipped amazon and Flipkart

Mene amazon me call lagaya or unone bola ki ha paisa return ho jaiga . Phir mane 2-3 din wait kia ki koi to aye lene but koi nahi aya . Phir mane amazon ko call kia wo bole ki seller ke side se cancel hua hai . Ok ! Maine same kam phira repeat karna chaha but me late ho gaya or 14 day return policy khatam ho gaya. Ab to tab me apne ap sara data corrupt ho ja raha hai 1 week ke time me eya 2 bar hua . Maine lenovo me call lagane ka kosis kia but no no. Is available.

You are not transparent in this video. 1. You have not mentioned after how many days you have tried for replacement. There is Amazon rule for replacement, if you have passed that date you won't have replacement option. 2. The promotional offer is specific for the product so for next purchase you won't get that. You are very smart then how can you ask for the promotional money. You have recorded the video of customer care for second time but you have not disclosed the first conversation with customer care personal. So there is a serious void in your video. You should clear this doubt first. This video is one sided, we need to listen the other party too. It seems like Amazon refused to patronize you and in retaliation you made this video to tarnish their image.

I ordered from both Flipkart and Amazon. And service was thousand times better was in Flipkart. While refund Flipkart gives instant and Amazon are refusing to refund then they refunded after a year 😡😡😡😡

file consumer forum claim,they usually side with customer if you have been made any promises by agent of the company a.k.a executive irrespective of terms and conditions.

Bro I faced same issue from Amazon.

Amazon scammed me by selling shopping shopping voucher instead of gift card.

Amazon is not any more customer centric this type of issue are very frequent. So i stopped buying high value items from Amazon return policy for this is very tedious and takes lot of energy and peace of mind. example Phone it is mentioned as return/replacement window when you ask for this they have n no of conditions. first their executive will come etc to do a check up and finally request will raised it will get cancelled 2 to 3 time from there end this is normal. If we try to put of reviews/experience on amazon these will be deleted. If you buy mobile on Exchange then 100% you will not get your phone and total exchange value you will not get as refund . This conditions are mentioned under terms an conditions hidden in corner which no one will notice. So buttom line is don;t buy expensive items from Amazon , trust me you will get better deal in offline market or just to save few thousand we will end up losing our peace of mind and running's behind amazon and buyign defective pieces. Few guys brought Fold4 from amazon and when service was denied saying not brought from india and amazon didn;t do any help to rectify this they are N of people suffering.
