If you notice in the hallway scene you see doors with Xs over some character faces including a queen chess piece, maybe Kinger had a wife who's now been abstracted? Also loved this moment😂 8:11 "ARE THEY DEAD!?! ...oh no they're screaming."

Now to watch the update/merch video so you can get yourself a figure so you can do normal sane people stuff with it. Gangle is my favorite probably because i like sweet shy characters but am looking forward to how they act with the happy mask. I wonder if we will get a episode where someone makes a mask for her to wear.

What I love about this show is it I have no mouth and I must scream wrapped in a rainbow. There are a ton of references to late '90s early 2000s computer animation here and that's the intention. It's supposed to look a little janky It's supposed to be incomplete It's supposed to look unfinished. That's the point. Take a look at murder drones. Directed By Liam Vickers same production company. That is a really really really fucking good show! I don't censor myself. I think you're going to really like that one. It's exactly what it sounds like and still throws you for a loop! That's what I love about it. And I have to say this it kills me every time because I point out how many shows and songs she has written or colabed Gooseworx's has done. She wrote produced directed this show in addition to all of the music. She has provided music and background music for Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss In addition to providing the voice of bubble. I see her name pop up everywhere. I know she's getting the credit for her work it's just it feels like to me people don't mention her or Liam Vickers for that matter who did murder drones and a pilot for a show back in 2018 called cliffside trust me you want to want to check that one out It is amazing! I kept seeing murder drones in my feed but I didn't quite know what it was and I just wasn't in the mood for it and then I caught the pilot to cliffside years ago when it came out and I was wondering what happened to that guy and when I came upon his channel one day you know it was him mentioning what he has done with murder drones along with glitch productions, at that point I pulled up episode 1 watched it and then proceeded to binge every other episode that had been released up until that point! I cannot wait until the 29th of this month when the next episode comes out! It is supposed to be double the length of every previous episode and the series left off in a rather interesting area shall we say. So most definitely check out murder drones. Have a great Day! 😊

Murder Drones is the other show GLITCH is currently running, but I would argue that despite being unfinished, the previous projects by the creator on the Liam Vickers Animation channel are superior in actual quality despite being far shorter, less technically impressive, and mostly unfinished. Both are still good and worth a watch, with tons of background details and freeze frames.

I knew from your Lackadaisy reaction you'd like this although it's a shame Alec didn't stick around to watch it (hope he's doin ok). GlItch released an update video featuring Cain and Pomni around the beginning of March saying the show got fully funded and greenlit for a season... So glad it did. THe animation and games industry are *really* hurting atm, fan funded indie projects are gonna carry both of 'em over the next few years

So it seems they are Cain & A(bu)ble, where Cain is some kind of admin accessed host or the creator also trapped and looking for friends to join his hell. It looks like some people risked downloading some sketchy unfinished game that accessed a copy of their brain to help alpha test this game. This is starting to remnind me of The Hollow actually

Their basically trapped in a buggy video game after putting the headset on. And Caine and Bubble are AIs in the game Caine is aware that these are humans who are trapped in the game so he tries to keep them sane....sadly he doesn't really understand human emotion but his trying.

I have the theory that the perfomers represent different personality disorders. Anxiety(pomni), fear(kingler), selfishness(jax), anger(kaufmo), etc. What if the headset was a technology that was supposed to help cure ppl of their debilitating personality disorders. Strap it on and instantly feel relief from your crippling issue. BUT what if the tech takes those negative aspects of your mind away and dumps them into the circus? That's why they have no memory. Also it would lend itself to making the existential horror even worse because even with a route back to the real world, they've nowhere to go. 😱🙂 Interesting things I've spotted. * Before the introduction song Caine mentioned "paraphernalia" that "we" would be seeing. That implies objects/items/things and yet what we end up watching is the trapped performers... * When Caines watch detected a player in the Void, he said "oh no, they'll be *spoiled*". That's a word used for perishable goods/food/products..... * When Jax said "she still thinks it's a dream", he was not talking to Ragatha. He was breaking the forth wall and talking to us.... * The adventures aren't dangerous, but Kaufmo's abstracted form was as Zoobuls fate barely bothered them but Kaufmo's was seen as a real danger. Re- Jax's reaction to the adventure compared to Kaufmo. *Caine isnt all-seeing because he had no idea what was going on to his circus or players, even abstraction, until Pomni entered the void. Then he still didnt know himself, his wacky watch alarm had to alert him. *Caine barely knows anything about the real world.... " *Drown* in the digital Lake,..... *ridery* at the digital fair" hint at that. If that's so how did he know what offices in the real world looks like? Maybe through the cameras in the place where the headset and computer are sitting? That also explains why the exit maze has "A" computer office room but is not "THE" computer office room. I dont think they are the same because Caine's had no windows or natural light but the one we come out of at the end has natural light streaming across the wall. * Other than the final corridor connected to the void the Exit Maze was totally stable, until Pomni's extreme reaction to the computer and headset started causing the lights to flicker on and off.... why then? 🤔 *We saw that there was no one in the chair with the headset on at the end of the episode. *Kinger and Jax, at least, have been there for years but no human body could survive that long without food and water in the real world obviously... also, We saw that there was no one in the chair with the headset on at the end of the episode so no it doesn't seem to be that their bodies are in the real world with a headset on. If that's the case either ppl we're getting sucked in fully, which I'm sure someone would notice and shut down the program, OR when the headset went on no one was aware that any downloading had occurred. Pomni memories that only started from the moment the headset went on could be another point in that favour. *I also have a theory about Bubble. Bubble is one of the few things Caine can't control because whoever created Caine created Bubble as well. Why would I say that? Because if Bubble was just another of his creations, then Caine would have more control over him. Instead, Bubble constantly interrupts him, does stuff that pisses him off( I.E- eating the cake), and grosses him out (I.E- licking up the vomit). His words, "You parasite!" & " also suggest lack of control *The personality trait being removed and it being the devices purpose is just supposition on my behalf. More like "what would i do with the story" 🤔🙃, but adding that to my belief that Glitch and Gooseworks wouldn't just do a rinse and repeat of "downloaded minds" and the added horror of "they can't leave" because they're not fully a person and have no body waiting for them in the real world... well I know I'd love that twist and what the show runners would do with it 😉 Ok that's some of the stuff ive picked up on. Could it be meaningful or could mean nothing 😅

The 'gameshow' is a reference to one of the creators other projects called 'Little Runmo'. It has the same amount of baffoonery and twisted darkness.

The theory that I've been entertaining is that these aren't actually people who are trapped in the game, but rather these are digital copies of them (or UIs) that were made after they put on the headset, while their real selves are probably still out there living their regular lives.
