I lost my whistle a month ago when I started working due to sleeplessness and stress :( I'm really missing it :( Actually I can make it back but It's not on point. I just realized that if you're not healthy, your whistles aren't as well. If we could only turn back time 💔
Enzo The Penguin just take time to recover, and rest. Then learn it the same way you learned it in the first place. Avoid caffeine, sleep well, relax more often (aromatherapy, hot showers, meditating, spa days, asmr...) and strengthen your head voice (don’t go above your vocal range, work your way up slowly and take rests in between). Don’t strain and improve your technique, it’ll help if technique is your issue since you need perfect technique to do whistle notes
Ivan _ u can do it if u try. Do buzz And the open ur mouth slowly while holding the note and there u have it. It doesnt have to be at the first time try again and again
0:42 whenever I try to sing whistles I sing double whistles but they sound awful and nothing like they should.. When I was trying to sing them I did it one time and never again :(
My friends gets annoyed when i play yr videos and i asked why and says "because she sings so good and she can do whistle notes". Shes is SOO jealous HAHAHAHA
This video helped a lot. I lost my whistles from E6-C7 but I could do D7-G7 just fine and even higher sometimes. I had laryngitis for a week and got scared because I also had a concert. Anyways, after 2 weeks I got them all back and kept my higher notes. Tysm

I have a question, So when i go to my whistle notes/tones my voice crack seperating my head voice and chest voice becomes bigger, any idea how to stop that?

Don’t worry. After I graduate I couldn’t do whistle notes anymore. Mainly because when I was in school I took chorus class. I was so good back then but now I sorta suck ass when it comes singing period now. Its true what you said. If you don’t stick with the routine, you’re going to lose that spark and that skill you once had. and not practicing causes you to feel insecure. 😭
Hi! Before, i can really copy mariahs whistle register almost perfect, and because of puberty i gained my adams apple and my high voice is now gone and im not able to do any whistle register anymore.😭😪 Legitimately
I`m way late in this video, well on your channel period but anyhow i like all of them. My highest in whistle notes is F6 usually but reached G6 once. Literally me! That's me every morning I literally have to drink water (Coffee without creamer is effective) then sing 3-4 songs with falsettos and whistle tones and after that it just works

Pls make your tea organic! Or do a partnership with traditional medicinals (tea that makes thoat coat)! Because the only tea I drink is organic and natural, and a lot of other people as well!

ok so you say you are on your period, that is probably why you cant sing in whistle register, mariah carey said that when you are on your period you lose 2 octaves.
Sooo basically how I got here is that I watched this girl sing a Mariah Carrie song and she sang her whistle notes, and I tried it, I did it until I finally did it. When I did I was so surprised and I tried again .. AND I BROKE MY VOICE, I couldn’t reach a note even close to it. (I never knew how to do a whistle note in the first place) and I got to this video to see if I could fix it and THIS VIDEO HELPED ME, and I could even do some of the whistle notes with ease. Some of the extra high ones are still fuzzy but I’m getting there. THANKS FOR THE HELP
Fuck, this one helped me alot! Especially the vibrating lip exercise. Thank you. But.. my whistle notes aren't as high as yours. Does it also vary depending on if you're an alot, soprano or a mezzo soprano?
My buzz rolls are usually polyphonic when I go up in range, for example I usually buzz two tones at the same time A5 and G7 at the same time. Not sure if it's due to wrong technique or what?
My way of not squeezing is litterally put my chin up so my vocal muscles can't squeeze Also in 2012 when Ariana made the Emotions Cover she said that her Vocal Muscles hurt a lot so that means she's squeezing that E7 But for me I squeeze a lot and I mean for 6 hours separately everyday and still no problems whatsoever they say I should rest it or do it less than 10 mins and so I did for a week but that didn't help at all cause it never got higher and I'm always stuck at G6 but can peak (I think) to C7
