It's refreshing to come across a company that stands behind their products. I recently reached out to Tenba concerning a ripped side pocket. Not only did they respond quickly, but also provided a complimentary replacement. Not that is the kind of quality customer service that I can get behind!

Had the same experience with them years ago. My Tenba Roadie II had a problem with the top strap/handle. The bag was still usable but the tip handle is just unusable as it deforms the bag too much. Shot an email to the local distributor but they were not unhelpful. Shot an email to Tenba themselves and they listened and I was just expecting a replacement but they sent me an improved version for free. Loved that roller bag. Too bad Tenba aren't available in my country anymore.

Bummer you can't buy Tenba where you are. I have been very impressed with their warranty and excellent customer service.

same for me, maybe you could use some kind of third party parcel forwarding service to ship it out of the US? thankfully according to their website, tenba says that their warranty even applies to those who arent in the country as long as you buy their products from their official US distributors, even if you arent from the US, you just need to pay for the overseas shipping for repairs/replacement products, which isnt too bad

always nice to have a company stand behind their products! How was it going through Disney security? I ditched my backpack at Disney b/c it was too big of pain

Bag check at Disney wasn't a big deal. The kids would run ahead to get in line and I just joined them once I got through. It took about 10 minutes including the wait in security line.
