I'm finding more cool ways to play Gladiator, like this cool Junk deck with Sentry and goblins. If you fill up your opponent's side of the board, Gladiator is risk-free!

Power Estimate: This deck had a good run for me through the first hour. I landed at a 63% win rate and up a few cubes, which suggests it's probably not going to land near the top of the meta, but might be a viable way to play Gladiator in a fringe archetype.

When Regis had that trouble figuring out the order of the sentry, Hobgoblin, and where the werewolf would move, I really think he could have gotten the same result of avoiding the void if he played Sentry to mid, Djinn to left, and Hobgoblin to right. Sentry first would mean he'd try to make a void but right would have been filled by the unflipped Hobgoblin, which would have then ended with hobgoblin locking up right and more space for jumping werewolf. Not that it mattered much when their Darkhawk got sniped by Danger Room and they retreated anyways. Just my thoughts on how that particular play could have gone better that it seems he didn't consider.

I gotta thank you, I was on the fence for getting Gladiator after being super hyped for him and really wanting to get him due to so many people saying he is bad and advising people from getting him, I even decided not to get him. Until I saw your gladiator/zero video and I decided to try and get him with my keys. Used 2 out of 3 keys and got him! just played my first game with the deck but already fell in love with it. And he just seems like a fun card!

Having real fun with this one. I don't have Ravonna so I swapped in a Negasonic and it has provided some cheeky wins when I have prio on turn 6.

The deck in the supposed bot game was entirely cards one upgrade away from infinite and an unupgraded Loki. I did the exact same sort of deck last season to farm some orbs.

13:32 sentry mid first into hobgoblin right would've worked since the hobgoblin and wolf would block the void when sentry was first revealed

Im very confused as to why would you run gladiator if hes just a yondu that maybe backfires and also triggers on reveals for the opponent, the +1 isnt worth switching from maximus if you need the 3 drop but what do I know

Everytime someone uses gladiator they always grab my Alioth which plays and destroys their gladiator and any other card they played on that side. Perfect for my Knull deck 😂

Is it me or was there a bug at 23:31? To me the collector is missing 3 points from the Djin and the 2 Coulson cards added (the previous 3 points were because of Sacred Timeline, not Noor Dimension). So end score should have been 25/25 - 15/17 - 8/6. Tie! What am I missing?

I guess Gladiator is bad in the sweatiest top ranks, where Chavez is in every deck just to get that single digit percent advantage. If you don't care about top rank, he's just fine.

This style of gameplay is making me hate the game. Between this, Loki and Alioth, the game is becoming less and less fun. I don't blame people for playing these, because they are strong and why wouldn't you, but it is just frustrating to face.
