YOOO THANK YOU SO MUCH ERIC AND VIV! I LOVE YALL SO MUCH AND I GOT SO EXCITED TO SEE THAT YOU CHOSE MY COMMENT!! Y’all did so good making it Im so glad you guys enjoyed it! ❤️
It would be fitting if you made an Indian dish next week, especially after you had a conversation about Indian cuisine at the bar in this video. Thus, next week, I hope/want/need you to make Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani
This is better than when my balls finally dropped during senior year of high school because at least moneysigneric doesn't bully me while I sit here all alone and by myself infront of my computer screen while I eat my cold hot pocket and 6 day leftover pizza. Love you Eric.
solid representation of caldo de albondigas, yes we usually do use limes when eating it, my family also gets some canned chipotle peppers and usually eat one alongside tortillas with the meatballs for some kick or put in in our serving of broth so that it gives your food that delicious chipotle flavor! great video!
we blended a chipotle pepper with the charred tomatoes! But hell yeah eating it with the tortilla on the side sounds delicious, we love the smokey flavor, thanks for the suggestion! I'll try it next time
i always watch your videos in parts at different meals and i’m eating caldo de albóndigas just when you guys were making it and you made it exactly like my mom, usually i add a chipotle and lime once is already served and accompanied with tortillas de maíz 😸
you guys should try making pupusas! or definitely try out a spot in new york, i’m not personally from there but trust you won’t regret it, good luck :)
Bro I haven’t watched one of your vids in over a year, I’ve been going thru some shi but I’m back.. the progress of your content is cool af to watch, and Your girl is so much more camera friendly now
hey welcome back, hope life is on the up for you 💪 and yes viv is much more comfortable on camera, it's great! she's still pretty shy but progress is progress
@@moneysigneric true 💀 me when i watch just to find out any place with wellfleets is the best LOL, maybe best / your favorite seafood restaurants in nyc would be a better video idea
My wife and I get amped Up whenever you post a video. I think especially living in NYC and exploring the city, you and Viv show us a lot of food recommendations. You two should make a some katsu curry, always a go to dish for us here at home.
HAYYY seeing yall like mexican food i definitely recommend aguachile there’s 3 different types, green, black, and red! the most common is the green one but my favorite is the black one because it lowkey taste like maruchan… 10/10 and i’m picky
try making Sopes! its a mexican dish that is essentially a flat tacos but with beans, meat, and some veggies on top. So freakin good. Idk how hard it is to make, but I def think u should try it at a restaurant or something :)
you should make thom khem !! its my favorite lao dish that my grandma makes at home. its a caramelized pork soup and we usually eat it over steamed white rice :)
You should try to make Bacalhau à Brás! It's a very easy to make portuguese dish, which consists of stir-fried cod with thinly cut chips, eggs, and cilantro all mixed up together. I think you guys will like it 🤌
Hey Eric love your videos! You should make zhong zhi in your next video. It's a Chinese rice pouch and made/eaten during the dragon boat festival. There are different variations of zhong zhi including a savory and sweet version depending on the different regions in China. Personally I like the savory one.
You like that soupp you would love the shrimp version I saw you guys love sea food also you can add chicken even or just noodles like wheels and abcs into the soup
Erik make some Sopes or tostadas definitely something to try the tostadas are on the easier side to make while the sopes take some steps definitely worth it tho! Love the vids glad my part timer is back😂 🙌 ❤
yoooo thank you so much for the affirmation, it tastes absolutely amazing and we got leftovers so we have been enjoying it immensely. Hopefully we did it justice 💪
Hi Eric, you should make sukaar. Which is an Somali dish and it’s basically beef stew but the seasonings is what makes it BOMB. I hope you can try it. Love you and Viv
You should make Bun Rieu. It’s a Vietnamese noodle soup. It’s a tomato based broth topped with canned minced crab or prawns. It’s absolutely delicious, and I think you would enjoy it. There’s not a lot of viet food in NYC in my experience, so I think it would be a good opportunity to try something new
Yall should try Pozle! It’s a stew, that has cilantro!,hominy, and for the protein you can pick chicken or pork ,and it goes well with Pane French bread to dip on the stew ,anyways I think you and Viv would enjoy! (Keep being kool!)
I would love to see you try some Portuguese dishes, like Açorda or Migas with seafood (super easy to make), Polvo à Lagareiro (a very delicious octopus dish), Pastel de Nata (egg custard, difficult to make but since you like it, totally worth the try), Bacalhau à Bras (one of my absolute favorite codfish dishes), Carne de Porco à Alentejana (basically pork and clams marinated in lots of spices), Dobrada (like a stew with tripe beans and vegetables). So many great dishes you guys would enjoy. Sending a lot of love to you and Viv 💕
I’d be curious to see if you guys could make an ultimate chicken sandwich suited to you & Viv’s specific taste! The one’s you have at restaurants you rate usually from ass to decent, so making it at home I’d wanna know how you tweak it to make it better🧐
If you wanna stick with the Mexican vibe, I suggest you make Carne con papas y chile (doesn’t really have a name) with a side of Mexican rice! 4-5 tomatoes 3-4 Chiles serranos Onion Slice 2 big potatoes Garlic powder or garlic clove (You cook the vegetables over stove top for sauce then blend) Mexican Rice 2-3 Tomatoes 1 cup of Rice pinch of Salt teaspoon of chicken bouillon I usually get desmillo cut of meat and slice to small pieces!
You guys should make spanakopita, its a Greek spinach pie with melted feta cheese basically. It's wrapped around puff pastry and is the perfect combination of flakiness and creaminess all in one. Can also add meat inside if you want... meow meow
You should make a traditional Lithuanian dish called Šaltibarščiai aka cold beetroot soup or barbie soup seeing how you like soups during summer i think this would be a great refreshment for you guys, love your videos tho man. Sending love from Lithuania. ❤❤
Honestly ive been obsessed with watching vlogs lately and i love Eric's lengthy vlogs, among others. Its so relaxing! I wish i could produce quality content like this also
My dad’s side of the family is from a small town called La Chona in Mexico, and one of my favorite foods that my abuelita would make are albóndigas🤭 idk why im saying all this but my all time top favorite mexican dish that my abuela makes is Menudo😩idk if ur into stuff like that but it’s really good :) you eat it with tortilla, lime, oregano, cilantro, and onions. (those r all condiments that r optional) i love and enjoy your videos so much btw❤️❤keep it up!!!
Since Viv also likes seafood y’all should try to make caldo de camarón (shrimp)! It’s so bomb! Orrrrr make some good ol’ smash burgers for protein purposes ofc ✨ORRRR empanadas with your choice of filling like, ground beef, ham and cheese, chicken etc
Hi Eric !! Fairly new to your channel and I am really glad I found your content, your videos make me laugh and have been the highlights of my day. Thanks for sharing with us and being the cool person you are! Glad to see you are posting! Keep up the good work 🔥🔥💰💰
hello! you guys should try making pani puri (or as some would say, gol gappa). Its super refreshing especially for the summer time, and you can adjust it to your taste, i.e. make it spicier or sweeter. its also pretty simple to put together, hope you enjoy! :D
if you guys wanna keep doing mexican food try picadillo or deshebrada. you can eat it on it’s on but they’re really good in tacos. my favourite is picadillo:)
Me, a mexican who grew up eating caldo (albóndigas, pollo, res, etc.) currently eating Korean spicy noodles, watching a korean (i hope im right), eating caldo
