People from North East are the best people from the entire India. I have friends from Sikkim, Siliguri and Meghalaya. They are the most warm and loving people I saw in entire India. If someone mistreats them it boils my blood.

Just to clarify, Women do not have more power than men sister. We follow matrilineal system not matriarchal. We women inherit mother's property and we carry mother's surname but Father has always been a head of the house. Also there are 3 tribes (Khasi A•chik and Jaintia) in Meghalaya and Jain kryrsha is not worn by all the Meghalayans. And in the culture of A•chik tradition, Maternal uncle, we called them Mama, holds the highest position in the family. So yes we do follow matrilineal system but not MATRIARCHAL SYSTEM. I Hope what I am clarifying at least reaches people reading comments.

Visit northeast during summers , its lush greenery and other colors. In winters the landscape looses it’s color becomes pale yellowish foggy. But yeah serene and quite. Summers are like noisy, the nature makes the vibrant sound

Beautifully and cleverly done Vlog. ❤ But would like to let you know , that we have 3 Tribes in Meghalaya Garos who belong to Garo hills ,Khasis from Khasi hills and Jaintias from Jaintia hills .And Jyngkyrsha is worn only by the Khasis and Jaintias. Just a little info for you. And Shillong is considered as the Scotland of the East. And Shillong is the Capital city of Meghalaya. And you are in Shillong. Don't mind .
