Quin's voice is so soothing in a brainless way. It could be my favorite content creator, or it could be a lack of IQs

I feel like everyone is trying to compensate for the fact that you can't windbomb anymore by solving shrines in the most unintended ways possible, and I absolutely love it

I know you probably figured this out, but in the depths, lynels are under stables. Lightroots are under shrines, bargainer statues are under goddess statues, and under every major town is an abandoned mine.

Quin needs to do the lurelin village sidequest. There are so many creatures he can scream at.

I find it impressive that in a game where it's so easy to get stuff like hearts, food and arrows, Quin somehow manages to run out of all of them, simultaneously, at all times.

Quin’s Steward voice is the best. I don’t think I read NPC voices differently in my head, but Quin does and it’s awesome.

My favorite part is how Quin solves each puzzle the worst was possible, he makes it so difficult for him self and it’s the funniest thing ever

Quin has one strategy for shrines that he will forcefully make work even when there's much easier ways, you have to admire stubbornness like that

Yo quin, hot tip for you - if you give a badly damaged weapon to a rock octorok in death mountain it'll heal it fully - it's once per weapon, once per octorok, once per blood moon, but it has the chance to give you a random status boost too

Instead, he will collect them as if they were funny seeds or peculiar gems, much to the Comment Section’s chagrin. As karmic retribution for his blasphemy, not only is Quin tormented by an eternal storm wherever he walks, but his infinitely large IQ is suddenly stumped within the bounds of Rauru’s many shrines. The solutions range from “climb boxes” to “copy a pattern on the ceiling,” but still Quin’s two brain cells are _being difficult._ (They scream, but it’s in French and we’re having trouble with the translation.) *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today!*

Fun fact - the guy you saved in the monster camp inside the mountain is the same guy who was obsessed with the blood moon in BotW. Whenever I've talked to him in this game it's also always triggered a blood moon for me too

If Quin would go find that one breakable wall on the side of the great plateau he’d figure out why the temple statue keeps taking about being under water. I’m excited for that side quest and him finding the ending.

Shrines are One of the best parts of the game. I completed all the shrines a little while ago and it was some of the most fun I’ve had playing the game. I can’t wait to see Quin solve them 10 times faster!

I have to say, for as unconventional as Quin's methods of combat are, he's surprisingly skilled. It's no wonder he's one of the three people who likes chasing the Sages around; the man thrives on chaos. _(Overall I enjoy having the Sages around, but big men like Sidon & Yunobo take up a little too much camera space for me. Usually they're in time out til they're needed, just because they're too damn tall & I'm too damn small. Unfortunately relatable.)_

quin: doesn't have arrows, ever also quin: walks right past all the boxes without smashing them (the arrows are in there!!) but on the other hand it is very entertaining to watch him fighting enemies with everything else, using his tremendously huge brain to come up with alternative ways to deal damage

Just as a tip, any NPC with names such as: Traveler, Researcher, Fashionable Person, etc. are always going to be Yiga clan members in disguise.

You should talk to the people outside the place you got the fierce diety sword (the cave with many chests) will not spoil but you get an item you really want!

Favourite shrine in the game I’ve found so far is probably Jenga. Anyway, I’m once again asking Quin to finally finish all the side quests in Hateno ;)

I love how Quin handles puzzles in such a smooth-brained way that it revolves right back around to crumpling up his mind and making it wrinkly again so he can solve the shrines; classic ^w^

Watching quin is like watching a toddler not follow instructions and do dumb things while you scream at your phone and he cant hear you. Its perfect and ill always be addicted to it

As well as the lightroots in the depths being in the same spots as the shrines in hyrule, the names of the lightroots are the same as the shrines, but backwards, it's just a cool little detail I like

So far one of my favorite shrines was the one where you had to build different things to ride the rollercoaster rails. And I also really liked the one where you had to hit the targets.

I've done all the shrines and I have to say my favorite is definitely the one where you commit vehicular manslaughter

In case you dont know, breakable rocks have the same hierarchy as enemies. They get harder to break fre red, to blue, to black, and just take more hits to get through. Hammers, yunobo, riju, mineru, bombs...all the usual methods work -- you just need to do them more on tougher rocks

at first i was so mad that you werent doing the shrines either by cheating or correctly but now i click on your videos every time its comes on my rec homepage because your commentary is just so fun to listen to lol you've truly given in to your ThoughtsTM i just sit and listen to the madness for pure serotonin now 10/10

I am always so impressed by the creative solutions he comes up with to shrines. Because I truly was NOT expecting the tiny ice cube elevator OR the spinning cube trick. Why would anyone be mad?
