I was in Italy in 2019 and the only thing that we put on the hotel TV was their music video channel. Couldn’t understand any of the words to the songs but found some really good music. This is one of the bands that I discovered while there. I downloaded everything I could find by them, in English and Italian. So frickin’ good!

LA PAURA DEL BUIO LIVE

The Bass is from Danelectro called "longhorn". Its in the programm of the firm since 1958 and was well known 30,40,50 and more years ago. Danelectro is one of the classical electric guitar and pedal makers of the 1950ies and 1960ies. Regular production of Danelectro Guitars was laid down in the 1970ies and 1980ies, because the firm was bought by MCA and closed down end of the 1960ies. After that, new Guitars are only produced handcrafted and out of spare parts. In the 1990ies the name was bought by a big guitarpedal trader. He decided to start the regular production of the Guitars again. Since that, Danelectro makes at min. 2 iterations of the bass. Victoria (the bassis(ta)), changed 2 or 3 years ago to that bass.

Love this classic rock song with a modern twist. This band has so much talent! Great reaction. They really don’t have any bad songs. The Italian music runs the gamut, but is more poetic and often emotional.
