I think Datto would be awesome to have as a guest or on unpaid intern! He’s been streaming for like 10-12 years playing destiny but has been moving into variety content. Very funny and great vibes.
1:17:12 right here, he skips on a card that would've shot him to the MOOOOON. Ancient joker multiplies score by 1.5x each time he plays a card of a certain suit. lud only has two suits in his deck so it would be easy to get flushes, but sometimes ancient joker will ask for a suit that isn't in lud's deck. The smeared joker (the one he skipped) makes it so hearts and diamonds count as the same suit, and clubs and spades count as the same suit, which would've solved the problem. plus it gives +10 mult cuz it's a holographic. instead he skips this, sells the ancient joker and gets a pair card instead 😐 plus i also think getting rid of the burnt joker wasnt the best move. I would've sold The Family (the negative joker) just for cash for rerolls to get planets or tarots cuz it literally does nothing in his deck. Also maybe sell Shortcut? for extra space for the Smeared Joker. It makes straight flushes easier and give 1.5x multiplier from polychrome but Ancient Joker will do that many times over when in conjunction with the Smeared Joker, plus you'd be discarding Flushes to the Burnt Joker anyways so i figure by that point in the run Flushes would've been levelled up to like 12 or 13 and would've given a better score than Straight Flushes anyways. had to rant cuz i literally lost it when he skipped on the smeared joker.

If you're worried about trying to memorize different flushes and straights just so you know I beat the game off of just pairs and 3 of a kind because I had jokers that complemented each other with multipliers along with giving a multiplier for hearts. The best joker is the one that retriggers the last joker/hand played
I might be wrong, but debuffed just means you don’t get the extra chips scored from each card played right? So wouldn’t it have still been possible with straight flushes?
Lud having 7/8 joker slots at the end while also having the debt joker is so funny. Literally not using 2 joker slots. Also skipped the bull joker which would’ve given 100+ chips every hand
Or when he skipped on smeared joker when he had ancient joker, which would have removed the 1 in 2 chance it was worthless. I feel he threw that last ante hard because he had something to go do.

my first run with the boys new account i won. and like it was not really close. we reloaded after the first set so it was a fresh seed and my spade flushes at the end are going for 400000 and it will infinitely growth. two jokers are my decks bread and butter im so addicted i just found out about it from a friend today

@genarocarranza9 i mean i feel like when you a person who averages playing video games on stream like 8 hrs a day, playing anything off stream at all makes it a big deal. So maybe he has done like 4 runs total off stream, but thats still a frick ton under the circumstances.

fortunately for folks like you, there is literally an "unlock all" button in the menus because the unlocking system is just there to give players some goals and direction and ease them into the game by not overwhelming them with too many choices.

it just doesn't look that fun, i like poker, i like roguelights, i even like card game roguelights like slay the spire, but this just looks a bit boring.
